El trato del personal del hotel es inmejorable felicitar al servicio de recepción, al servicio de limpieza, al servicio de bar exterior en la planta 0, al servicio de bar en la planta 2 y al servicio de comedor en la planta 1 en especial a la señorita Mileydi.👌

Horroroso...hemos estado durante un torneo de futbol...poco personal y poco resolutivo,mala organizacion al llegar , Para pedir un simple picnic necesitas hacerlo con 3 meses de antelacion ... ...la limpieza muy justa ..no volveremos

No fue muy agradable, el servicio era insuficiente y las instalaciones necesitadas de mantenimiento, tampoco me gusto mucho el bufet, me esperaba algo especial pues era por fin de año también me hubiese gustado que se me informara de que era un hotel de acogida de emigrantes pues nosotros éramos minoria

He escrito una queja sobre mi estancia. El personal es muy grosero con actitud. Las manchas de caca en la pared necesitan inodoro, no hay jabón en las duchas, el televisor no funciona y no hay mesa de billar según las imágenes. Pésima estancia. Por favor evítelo a toda costa.

Buena ubicación cerca de muchos restaurantes y de la playa. La habitación era cómoda.

El hotel en general está bien. Nos dieron habitación en el ático y eran grandes pero anticuadas. El estaba dentro de la habitación un aparato muy grande y ruidoso. No servía para nada y un calor insoportable. En cuanto el nivel de la comida,estaba bien cocinada y bien de sabor,repetían cosas que les sobraban para siguientes servicios,pero siempre había 2 carnes mínimo,2 pescados,crema de marisco o puerro y pastq y plancha de carne al momento. El señor que colocaba los platos hacía muchísimo ruido,estampaba los platos cuando los colocaba. El todo incluido del restaurante era correcto. El kiosco de todo incluido estaba genial,tanto en el park I como en el II. Felipe, sin duda,el mejor de todo el hotel. Un hombre de los de antes, que le gusta hacer su trabajo bien y de los que hace que los clientes se acuerden de él. Se notaba mucho cuando no estaba. Por favor, si puede enter**** de esta opinión... Gracias. Soy el chico que pidió un día un bombón y otro día un belmonte,que íbamos con un nene pequeño. El todo incluido eran pizzas, patatas, perritos,sándwiches, cócteles preparados en máquina y cubatas. Los cubatas un pelín fuertes,eso sí. Podían tener un lector para el todo incluido porque servían a las mesas durante los shows pero a los de todo incluido no. La animación estaba bien,Chiara es una máquina, el chavalín también, Dani,creo... Carlota es un poco más distante y menos simpática. Había hospedados ucranianos que se comportaban bien,pero los extranjeros hacían lo que querían, se tiraban a las piscinas molestando, salían descalzos y mojados al ascensor y se creían los amos del hotel. Había un grupito de niños, creo que ucranianos que iban sin control,con monopatines por todo el hotel, ocupando las mesas todo el tiempo y haciendo ruido. Las piscina del Park Resort II estaba turbia y sucia. Íbamos a la del I porque allí era más pequeña y tranquila pero nada, había niños y mayores que se subían a lo alto de las piedras de la cascada y saltaban ,molestando a los demás, sin cuidado ninguno. La experiencia no estuvo mal pero lo peor de todo fue la camarera Rocío del restaurante. Siempre pasábamos todos al restaurante y en el mostrador decíamos el número de habitación... Hasta ahí. La camarera Ángela era la más simpática y agradable, siempre nos buscaba una mesa para poder estar con el carrito del niño. Pero Rocío un día nos dijo que saliéramos del restaurante e hiciéramos cola de muy malas formas,y a los extranjeros sí que dejaba pasar. Nos habló fatal y cuando entramos al fin,iba diciéndole a otro camarero rubio,aparentemente inglés o algo por el estilo... Que estaba hasta los cojo... Otros días estaba haciendo bromas con ese camarero sobre los clientes y se reían ella desde la puerta y el otro chico desde lejos. Luego quiso arreglarlo con nosotros hablando con voz de cordero pero el mal ya estaba hecho. La limpieza nula,había una bolsa de Lay's debajo de la cama nuestra y suciedad... Upon arrival we noticed something was not right the hotel was average for a 3 star half way through the hoilday we found out it was being use as a processing centre for asylum seekers the hotel lobby was constantly full off them and it got worse in the night kept on getting woke up with coaches off them coming in the food was awful the only good thing was it was central to the ***** where you can go for food

Hotel was standard package holiday experience. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. I was here for 5 nights half board. On the second day I was told I had to go to another hotel for my food. It became apparent why, the hotel has become home to asylum seekers. It looks like around 100/150 of so they had use of the restaurant. I was offered by the holiday company to move to a sister hotel but didn’t see the point seeing as though I only had 1 more night left. If I had been offered this at the beginning of the week I would have taken it. I feel sorry for anyone arriving for a holiday in the next few days. Food was ok a bit bland but bearable. Very close to beach and shops etc. Would not come back here though due to the possibility of more asylum seekers. This hotel shouldn’t be sold as a package holiday destination if this is going to keep happening.

I booked this hotel for my daughter and her boyfriend for their first adult holiday. This is their review. On the first night they face timed me and showed me their apartment. The sofa bed was old and falling apart and yhe room was dated. The pool area was ok. It was in the shade most of the day due to the position between two buildings. The indoor pool was full of dead insects but the other parts of the indoor spa were ok. Breakfast was limited. Lunch had to be ordered from the snack bar and took over 20 minutes. Dinner was limited and the same every day. The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly. The location was good. I feel this hotel is overpriced for what it offers.

The hotel staff were miserable alot of them couldn't speak English and the food wasn't very nice mainly Spanish food. The snack bar was great and the drinks and good there the entertainment and pool better round at salou park 1 but staff rude wouldn't return for this reason but maid comes by everyday to make beds and clean.

i was so worried about this hotel after reading the reviews BUT, stayed here from the 16th of august 2023 for 7 days with my partner and brother in-law, both our rooms were clean,big and spacious, balcony’s on both aswell. our rooms were cleaned daily. the food is all much of muchness when all inclusive, the snack bar is open when the restaurant is closed, food from that is banging and clean. some of the staff were i wouldn’t say the staff are rude at all, our friend got heat stroke 1 day and i could not thank the staff for all the help and support we got from them so thank you so much guys!! amazing team work!! the entertainment is good. the pools ok both sides are clean and there is never a fight for a sun lounger even though it was peak season, i don’t know why there are so many bad reviews for this hotel, we have booked to return next august and can’t wait to go back:) thank you all at 4r park resort on both sides, see you again in august 2024 :)

Our stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. As a group of 15, we were treated unfairly even though we were nothing but polite to all staff. The reception staff are miserable, the bar staff are just straight up rude and would purposely ignore us. They would begin making drinks, stop half way through and then begin their stock check. The only good thing is the food is decent and a nice variety but the lady seating people needs a lesson in customer service because she is certainly very miserable and would pick and choose who she fancied letting in, to be honest if you’re British I would not go here because they look at you like a bit of dirt on your shoe and definitely treated us differently. The younger staff were very polite especially the lads behind the bar so you’re lucky if you get them but the so called ‘manager’ was completely inhospitable and had an attitude problem. We made the effort to ensure any area we were in was left completely tidy and collect glasses and returned them to the bar at all times, moving our tables and chairs back to how they were but would still repeatedly be told in a rude and grumpy tone ‘return your glasses’ and if you are told you can use the other hotels restaurant you cannot, you will be embarrassingly shouted out for even attempting. Finally if you’re looking for a comfortable night sleep, the beds are like sleeping on concrete. I just can’t express enough how badly the staff impacted our holiday.
