Ho soggiornato per 2 notti insieme al mio compagno. all'arrivo il ragazzo che ci ha accolti è stato molto gentile e simpatico, ci ha anche regalato una bottiglia di vino. ho soggiornato in questa struttura per questioni di studio, avevo un concorso in quei giorni a Salerno, sono stata per 2 giorni chiusa in camera e devo dire che è un B&B tranquillissimo. Molto pulito, camera molto confortevole e grande, con balcone. aria condizionata che puoi accendere e spegnere quando vuoi e regolare a piacimento la temperatura. bagno con doccia molto grande e molto pulito. spero di ritornarci, magari per una vacanza!

Llegamos al hotel y saludamos al recepcionista que nunca nos miro y solo miraba la computadora y decirnos el numero de habitacion,Cuando preguntamos por una agencia de turismo para ir a Capri señalo un lugar que estaba lleno horarios para ir por nuestra cuenta a Capri.Un dia antes de irnos una calle muy cercana habia casas de turismo una al lado de otra. Cuando tuve que imprimir pasajes tampoco me miro ,solo miraba la PC y señalo una canastita con el mail del hotel para que mande ahi lo que queria imprimir sin decir palabra ,eso deduje yo.Solo apreto un a tecla y se levanto alguien de atras y me dio la impresion Salvo este sr....el desayuno muy completo,la habitacion muy comoda y limpia

Like most of the hotel reviews, this is an excellent hotel. We all had sea view rooms (I was with a group). We only stayed one night but the weather was perfect and after a long day traversing the Amalfi coast with all the crowds it was a lovely way to unwind. We all went to the Pepe Nero pizzeria next door for pizza and wine which was a fun way to relax after so many large meals. The staff are lovely, the breakfast very good. Yes, it's not near the historical center, but it's a great alternative. I would definitely stay there again.

Hermoso hotel para nosotros que lo tuvimos. Coche a cuestas, posibilidad de aparcamiento interior y exterior gratuito en la zona del hotel, habitación bonita y espaciosa, personal amable, servicio general excelente, desayuno bueno y abundante.

Amazing location, great food prepared at restaurant on site, very friendly staff with excellent service. Villa Rizzo is located in a very picturesque place surrounded by mountains. Easy to venture out for walks from this place and we drove to see a castle nearby. The villa also has spa with massages, jacuzzi and sauna - great way relax afterwards with friends. We had a fantastic time! Thank you!

Great hotel outside of the main Ravello square. Welcome was extremely warm and friendly. Room was ready as we arrived (and we were early). Room was very big and to a good standard. Everything you would need, we also had a balcony room which was lovely. Pool was quiet with a little bar that did a nice lunch, very reasonably priced. The shuttle service to the square was a god send. We were at a wedding and I was able to use the service to head up to the square for a hair appointment and they came back to pick me up. Breakfast room was a little warm but the choice was pretty varied. We only have one criticism…we ordered a taxi to take us to our next stop in Amalfi (a 20 minute trip) and we were charged €70. Which is outrageous!! If you want a hotel with amazing views but a bit out of the tourist area in Ravello, this is perfect.

Una estructura situada en el promotoro de la costa amalfitana. Visual de las habitaciones increíbles, personal muy amable y acogedor como nunca, habitaciones muy limpias, desayuno excelente. Lo recomendaría enérgicamente para quien quiera un fin de semana romántico.

The hotel in itself is rather small, only elevator present only holds 2 people at a time and it’s available on the lobby floor, 72 flight of steps to get there. Don’t be fooled when in hotel description it says 72 steps to beach, it’s 72 flight of stairs with luggage. Instructions of getting to hotel where ok but omitting different ways to get there. For 2 ,50 euros we arrived by bus, hotel was willing to arrange private transportation for 80 euros per 2 people. When you arrive to meeting place on the beach, someone guides you up the 72 flights of stairs, he doesn’t help carry but then waits for tip when dropping luggage off in room. We did leave by ferry to Napoli, about a 2 hour boat ride which we took from amalfi. The hotel can arrange a golf cart to help with luggage at 60 euros, we did have a decent amount of luggage however we asked a nice taxi driver downstairs and only charged us 25euros to drop us at amalfi. One receptionist nicer than other , massage therapist very nice!

We arrived on Sunday 22/10/23 with limited expectations, the hotel had a Wedding in progress and this made check in at most casual, initial impressions were ok décor looked traditional and clean, The room 204, that's where it all went down hill, room was small and bland. a small TV hung on the wall, a fridge was in the cupboard below which didn't seem to work and was supposed to be stocked, it wasn't, it was empty, walls were scuffed and could have done with a lick of paint. The bathroom was small and had an over bath shower with usual facilities, the bath needed the sealant replaced around the whole bath, the shower blind was a bit dated and grim the underside of it was not clean. I'm afraid it wasn't inviting, quite the opposite, needed updating. The door to the balcony was new and worked well, when you get outside you see this hotels appeal being 600m Above Sea Level the views are breath-taking. Bed was hard as stone like sleeping on a mortuary slab, not that I've ever done that and i actually slept quite well. my wife however wasn't as pleased, we enquired about a topper at reception, the language barrier did get in the way but we thought we'd got through, alas we didn't get the topper. we had one meal in the hotel which was ok. Breakfast was served on level -1 a large soulless room, normal continental fair ham, cheese, bread, hard boiled eggs some limp lettuce, no cereal to speak of, yogurt tea and American Coffee. Not exactly well presented but ok. my wife is a coeliac(gluten free) and the staff provided gluten free products, on the Wednesday morning and i can only assume that as there were only 5 people in the hotel breakfast was served in the ground floor restaurant, which was better, and had great views, breakfast was served at the table. There was a bar but it was not well stocked or manned. 2x G&T's £8 parking was ok a bit tight but ok. The hotel is in the hamlet of Agerola which has limited restaurants and bars we had drinks at Madame in the square and at the bar across the road when the aforementioned was shut, we had a meal in the next village along, which was also small and only had one or two restaurants that we could find. Not exactly buzzing but very pretty and it was October, also bear in mind the temperature is 3-4 degs lower than the coast, Also it takes about an hour to get to the coast, round some tight bendy mountain roads, if your a nervous driver might not be the place for you. We left a day early and moved to Pompeii as he weather was not good, and we wanted to get nearer to Naples, paid the bill which included a local tax! I'm sure was included on the original booking but i may be wrong, worth watching out for. This hotel is very pretty and traditional the staff are friendly and helpful, it has the potential, to be a good hotel, public rooms are modern and clean but they need a bit of fine tuning, Room/s need modernizing. Overall we had a pleasant stay.
