Hotel muy tranquilo y silencioso cerca de la mayoría de las tiendas. La habitación es muy cómoda.

Un hotel que no está a la altura. El equipo femenino claramente necesita la mano de un hombre. Entre las ventajas destacaré: + excelente ubicación a solo minutos de la playa de Phra Ae + desayunos buenos, aunque monótonos. Hay más desventajas, aquí están las que se relacionan con el bungalow: - cortinas sucias - no hay agua caliente en el fregadero - el lavabo en sí no está en el baño, sino en la cocina, hay muchas hormigas alrededor - el funcionamiento del frigorífico no está regulado, congela todos los productos - El servicio de limpieza es deficiente, hay que rogar por las toallas. Y prepárate también para que cuando hagas el check in, la habitación que reservaste y pagaste por adelantado pueda estar ocupada. Por supuesto, no te quedarás en la calle, pero sí pasarás un par de noches en una habitación más barata.

Los cuartos no son tan chicos, el acceso a la playa es rápido por la parte trasera del mismo hotel y es tranquilo. Hay una señora de limpieza que es muy amable y prácticamente la que siempre te atiende a todo porque en recepción nunca encuentras a nadie solo cuando hice check Inn de ahí jamás volví a ver a alguien en recepción ni en el check out tuve que dejar las llaves con la señora de limpieza y mis días de estancia no me hicieron limpieza ni me dejaron artículos de higiene personal.

Me alojé en el Peaceful Resort por 2 noches. El servicio fue amable, servicial y de alta calidad. La habitación estaba muy limpia y bien mantenida. Me alojé en dos habitaciones diferentes, una subiendo unas escaleras y la otra en la planta baja junto a la piscina. Fue una estancia hermosa y tranquila en Long Beach ***** de Ko Lanta, a poca distancia del océano, restaurantes y tiendas. Definitivamente regresaré para hospedarme en este lugar y recomiendo encarecidamente a los viajeros que consideren su estadía aquí también. Fue sólo eso, pacífico. ¡Gracias Gracias!

Very bad hotel. When we arrive at the hotel we red motorbike from the same hotel they bring us Very old motorbike. We are two couples and we red two motorbikes the first motorbike The second day broken the tire. The next day broken the tire from the other motorbike we fix it that On the store with a bike. When we come back at the hotel in the night the motorbike is okay. The morning when we are ready for leave . The lady there she’s screaming and see say you have to pay for the tire bike. From one more time the motorbike is out of ear. I think they do buy them self only for the money.the threat as They wall call the police. End She’s keep our luggage . Go away from this hotel. The lady theirshe is very rude. They want to steal your money. The rooms and the bathroom is very bad very dirty.

Dirty room, rude lady at the reception. They gave us different room that this one we had booked. The bathroom was dirty and full of water, we could not use it and the staff did not do anything to repair it. It s very noisy. During the night we could not sleep because of the loud music nearby.

Great location a short 5/10 minute stroll to the beach. Hotel room was really clean. Large fridge was a bonus. Bed was comfy. Pool was nice and quiet. Suggestion for improvement is that the shower needs more pressure and was cold at times.

Definitely peaceful and restful. Pool was lovely to cool off in. Rooms were large and had everything you need. Try the nearby pizza place - best we had in Southeast Asia.

Lovely bungalows, accommodating staff. Not beach front, but short walk. Pool wasn’t always very clean.

Firstly I need to mention the wonderful staff in reception and breakfast as they were friendly and helpful during our visit. We stayed in the large building and had a room with 2 large beds, shower and a shared balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel grounds are pretty, the pool is a decent size and very clean and it is only a short walk to long beach. There are also bungalows available on the property. The hotel offers a good laundry service which is inexpensive and they also organise travel for you. The breakfast was made to order and there were several choices including cereals, eggs fried, omelettes, pancakes, toast and fruit. I have read the other reviews so it may be that we were unlucky with our room as the first day we found the shower tiles to be dirty with brown marks which I cleaned myself and the bed was not made properly. The air conditioner did not perform well and as soon as you left the room it went off as you only have one key. The toilet did not flush well and the shower head would not stay on the wall but the water was warm enough. The maids clean and provide towels every two days but this was not a problem as they left water and toilet rolls outside the door. There was only one shampoo sachet and a very small soap provided but there are nearby minimarts to buy shower gels etc..The pool area had about 16 beds and 3 bean bags which was not sufficient at times because the hotel was full. The pool is also shared with the Tamarind Hotel behind. The picture of the pool area shows sunshade umbrellas but there were none at all so from midday you were in full sun. However the price we paid was good for what we received and we did enjoy our stay apart from the small issues mentioned.

Clean big rooms. We changed accommodation 4times in 8days until we found this place. Stayed here for the rest of our time in Koh Lanta. If you have a bike it's easy to access everything from here. We stayed in the rooms, they also have bungalow but the rooms are also very nice. Love the balcony

Me and my wife stayed at the Peaceful resort for 9 nights and our stay was just perfect. Due to covid they were quiet but everything was still on point. We had breakfast delivered to our door at our desired time each day, they cleaned the room at our convenience. The room had everything and a very comfy bed which was a god send. Lovely pool area and also had a restaurant (closed because it was quiet) but there is a very good restaurant dead opposite the entrance to the hotel called Malina's which I highly recommend. The staff here are lovely and we will definitely return. 5 minutes from the beach and on the main road in long beach. I have given 5 stars due to the value and setting.
