Our hotel room was large clean and very comfortable, the shower was very good though the water overspilled the tray. We had issues with toilet cistern not refilling which was dealt with promptly. The room also had a private terrace. The air con was definitely needed as it was very hot during our stay. The staff were very helpful.
We ate at the restaurant once - the meal was not great. The duck was overcooked and dry. There was a ‘2 day conference’ held at the hotel the kitchen was not able to cope with their demands and the guests simultaneously. We did not have breakfasts.
The pool area was spacious with separate pools for kids, there wouldn’t have been enough loungers in high season.

A fantastic apartment, clean, comfortable, bright, every appliance needed and excellent room service. We had the combined services of both an hotel and five star camp. Bedrooms had air conditioning, a safe, USB sockets and large comfortable beds. The main bedroom also had a large flat screen TV. The kitchen had a good size fridge/freezer and microwave, kettle and coffee. Outside was a great size balcony with view to the pool and the sea beyond. From the moment we arrived we relaxed and enjoyed our stay. Would totally recommend especially as it was less than a five minute walk to the beach. We will return.

We love ths place and Benoit had kindly got the heaing on in our mobile home. So we arived from minus 8 degrees in the UK to a cosy and warm holiday. Even though the campsite is in off peak season, the restaurant is open and super reliable. The grounds are well kept…despite the high winds, the gardens are kept really tidy. Roll on April when we return for Easter. Thank you team Grenettes!

Small box room with separate shower and toilet. Tv didn’t work.only 1 change of towels in 4 days. Room only made up on one day . Staff helpful. Little choice of food in restaurant.
Poor location, a distance from local village. Good area to cycle.

Mon séjour à l'hôtel Les Grenettes sur l'île de Ré pour le week-end de Pâques a été tout simplement parfait ! Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été chaleureusement accueillie par le personnel attentif et souriant, qui a immédiatement mis en place une atmosphère accueillante et conviviale. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, niché dans un cadre pittoresque entre les dunes et la mer. Chaque soir, je suis allée à pieds sur la plage, me ressourcer au son apaisant des vagues et j'ai pu profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil. La chambre était d'un confort absolu, joliment décorée dans un style moderne et élégant. La literie était d'une qualité exceptionnelle, garantissant des nuits de sommeil réparatrices après de longues journées à explorer l'île. La propreté était impeccable. J'avais même ma petite terrasse privée. Enfin, je tiens à souligner l'excellent service client dont j'ai bénéficié tout au long de mon séjour. Le personnel était toujours disponible pour répondre à mes besoins et m'aider à organiser mes excursions, offrant des recommandations personnalisées pour découvrir les meilleurs endroits de l'île. J'ai pu visité Ars, La Flotte, St Martin .. Je recommande vivement cet établissement. Je suis déjà impatiente de revenir pour profiter à nouveau de ce petit coin de paradis !

Le personnel de l’accueil est très agréable, attentionné, chaleureux et très professionnel. Chambre ‘Confort Patio’ très spacieuse avec une grande terrasse. Les petits déjeuners sous forme de buffet sont corrects. Un très bon séjour malgré le mauvais temps ! Nous reviendrons avec nos enfants.
