This property is beautiful but so small. It’s not a true all inclusive. There is one restaurant with the sane menu every day. They do have dinner specials, which is nice. They close for an hour 10-11am, there is no snack bar or any food at all in the resort. If you have an excursion at noon, you need to wake up hour prior if you want to eat. They list a gym with free weights , one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. I even called and asked about it. It’s a small room with a broken treadmill , an old bike, and an elliptical machine. The free weights are hand weights that max out at 20 pounds. Very upsetting!
Every morning we were woken up with loud construction of the room next door, even on the weekend. Saturday morning I had to call the front desk about it. They stoped that morning and told us there would be no more until we checked out. The next morning and every morning after, it continued. There is no hot water in the shower, if you let it run for a while, you can get warm water. The shower is a stall shower with no shelves to put your toiletries on. The only option is the floor. The room had a little refrigerator for left over food but no microwave or any way to reheat it. They also list nightly entertainment. That consists of someone playing guitar during dinner time and nothing Sunday or Wednesday. The entire palace shuts down by 10pm. The front desk and/the beach hut was often out of towels. The beach hut often closed earlier than the 5pm closing time.
