The hotel always surprises me positively. And it's like that every year when we come back. A very impressive building in a beautiful ambience. Right next to the hotel is a very beautiful cross-country ski run, where they hold World Cup competitions. This year the hotel is also hosting a big show called Billionare. It's a great addition. A very high-quality show with a very good dinner, and all of that in the hotel! The breakfasts are traditionally good, which is especially important to me - there's a lot of different fruits! There's live music in the bar in the evenings, and in general there's good food in the bar during the day. The fitness center is well-equipped, the staff is very friendly. The wellness is top-notch. They also have a cryo sauna, which is a rarity. At minus 120 degrees, the body really regenerates, even if you have tired legs or an injury. It's hard to choose what to praise about the staff, but I can highly recommend Doroteja from reservations, and the general manager Konstantin, and Kristjan and Diego at the concierge, and Elvis at the front door, and Dino... basically everyone at the door is good..... I highly recommend this hotel with charisma!

El hotel estaba bien, pero cuando me quedé el tercer día, de repente había mucho ruido en el pasillo en medio de la noche. Alguien llamó a una puerta en el pasillo durante mucho tiempo y luego le gritó a la puerta después de un rato. De repente sentí que el hotel originalmente bueno era mucho peor.

We spent four wonderful days at the Europa. The rooms are clean, comfortable and large. I did need to turn off the heating and tilt open the window at night. The staff are amazing, fun and really made our reunion memorable. Most, if not all, speak, German, French, Italian and English. The meals at La Vita and Steak & More were delicious and creative. I definitely will be back for a winter skiing break.

That was amazing, the Youth Hostel in St Moritz is fantastic very spacious they serve a delicious breakfast and meals. They have also a really good and helpful Customer Service. Definitely I will back and I highly recommend this place

We booked 2 single rooms at the Hauser Hotel in May23 for 1 night. Rooms: The 2 single rooms' size were good. Thanks to the hotel, we were delighted when we found out that our rooms were next to each other on the top floor, it was quiet & the sleeping quality was great. Inside the rooms, I liked the TVs, which were direction adjustable & have YouTube! As for the rest of the room, everything was basic & looked like from the 90s. The bathrooms were a bit aged (very white), but at least it's clean. The shower door wasn't wide enough, so all water would spread out on the floor regardless of how careful we were. One of the bathrooms was quite tiny - you had to shut the bathroom door in order to use the basin. It's worth mentioning that there's no minibar or kettle in the room & the room keys were not the usual electric cards. Location: It's about a good 12 to 15 mins walk from St Moritz train station, but you'd have to know where to go: I.e. If you arrived by train, head towards the front of the train for exit from the station. Walk along the pedestrian towards Parkhaus Serletta. Then walked through the car park towards the Design Gallery, headed up the escalators to the top floor & exit. Then turned left, and once you've walked pass those designers' shops, the hotel is just round the corner uphill on the right. Good location as it's surrounded by shops & Coop is just 2-3 mins walk from the hotel. Service: Have to admit that pre arrival emails replied weren't great but the lady at the reception was very welcoming, friendly, helpful & cheerful. The hotel granted our requests to allocate 2 rooms on the top floor together, in a corner by ourselves, which we felt very grateful for. Staffs throughout the hotel were very friendly too! Breakfast: Continental breakfast (cold food) buffet style. Foods refilled quickly, but with limited choices & the breakfast was actually very average or could say it's below average. Despite of bad breakfast, poor bathroom, basic room, & far from the station.... we had a good night sleep, our rooms were quiet and I could watch YouTube on TV all night. The friendly reception was a huge bonus & really grateful that they listened to our requests & gave us the 2 rooms we asked for. We also have to remember that it's only a 3 stars hotel so we have to manage our expectations.

La habitación es muy grande y no tiene vistas. . Hay un boleto gratis para ir a la piscina pública cercana, natación, aguas termales, fitness, spa, no vaya al spa mixto en el tercer piso, debe estar desnudo. . Solo fuimos. . Muy vergonzoso, la piscina de aguas termales es hermosa. . El aire libre simplemente no puede tomar fotografías, ¡el restaurante italiano de la planta baja es delicioso! El restaurante buffet es normal, pero los precios son muy buenos para St. Moritz.

El hotel Kulm es magico. Desde el segundo entró en el hotel nos duchasron con su personal atento. El hotel está hermosamente decorado y muy cómodo. I highly recommend this hotel. My husband and I did not ski during our time here, only had 2 days, but our stay was great. The front desk staff- especially the male who spends some time in Florida (I wish I would have asked for his name) was SO friendly, kind, and helpful. He had great tips on places to eat, showed us to our room, and pointed out key things on the map. The room was clean, good beds, and our view was beautiful. The extra bonus of free access to Ovaverra was awesome. We enjoyed our time in the hot tub after a cold day outside. We had breakfast included in our stay and WOW, I highly recommend. There were so many options in the buffet but also even more that they can make you. Also, get the cappuccino :) We would stay here again for sure!

Es un hotel realmente maravilloso, nos llegaron a recoger a la estación del tren y la amabilidad de todo su personal en el momento de hacer el check in fue fantástica, nos ayudaron haciéndo una reserva en un restaurante el cual estuvo una muy buen recomendación. La suite que nos dieron estaba impecable, muy amplia, comodísima y bellamente decorada. El hotel te ofrece desayuno muy completo y tiene opciones gluten free que para mí era importante. Es un hotel maravilloso.
