It's hard to review numerous hotels when you are traveling but the Grand Hotel Des Bains Kempinski makes this one easy. We stayed here with our two kids in August 2024 and really enjoyed everything from pickup at the train station in a private shuttle to departure. The service level is clearly five star. They respond quickly to every request and with enthusiasm and kindness. They were really good to our kids including providing nice stuffed animals at check in and making sure they had snacks and that the snacks were tailored to my sons allergy. The food at the buffet for breakfast was phenomenal. The Italian restaurant was also well worth it's reviews and ratings. Despite our kids being young, they were really gracious at that Adrianos and provided them with a five star meal. The spa and gym facilities were some of the best we had seen in Switzerland. The outdoor yoga terrace ? Unreal. The gym was fully stocked with new equipment also which was unique for such a historic hotel. The hotel pool and spa area were also top tier. They also provide you with lift tickets which is the only hotel in Switzerland that did that for us. Also bus tickets. That made our mountain hiking day so much more convenient. Also we really loved the outdoor patio at the front which we could sit outside and snack with the kids while having champagne. Every detail of the hotel was perfect. Also really love the history of the hotel and the uniqueness of the property. It's worth it just to walk around. This hotel deserves to be #1 in St Moritz.

La suite de Kulm se ha acabado en el hotel Kulm. El servicio en el hotel era más que maravilloso. Podemos decir que estaban allí para asistir a cada solicitud. Estabamos a media hora de la mesa, así que tuvimos desayuno y cena en la sala principal. Se aseguró que teníamos lo que pedimos!!! El concierto fue tan útil. Queríamos enviar dos bolsas a Zurich, lo que es un desafío en un fin de semana, pero se aseguró de que sucedió sin dificultades. Verdad un tiempo relajado y agradable!!! ¡No podemos esperar a volver!

I highly recommend this hotel. My husband and I did not ski during our time here, only had 2 days, but our stay was great. The front desk staff- especially the male who spends some time in Florida (I wish I would have asked for his name) was SO friendly, kind, and helpful. He had great tips on places to eat, showed us to our room, and pointed out key things on the map. The room was clean, good beds, and our view was beautiful. The extra bonus of free access to Ovaverra was awesome. We enjoyed our time in the hot tub after a cold day outside. We had breakfast included in our stay and WOW, I highly recommend. There were so many options in the buffet but also even more that they can make you. Also, get the cappuccino :) We would stay here again for sure!

Hotel Nolda in St Moritz is very conveniently located. Easy to reach from the train station too. There is a lovely stream gurgling next to the hotel. And it has a lovely setting. Rooms are very clean and nice. They do it up daily too. Breakfast is good with eggs to order. Miju at bf was particularly very attentive to all guests. Only thing is I did not like the lady receptionist on duty. She came across as slightly rude and not at all helpful. Of course it us not her duty to help us plan our program there but she could have helped us since we did not know the local language. She was the first unfriendly person we came across in our stay at Switzerland.

El balcón ve el panorama del lago en el canto del lago. La recepción introduce la ruta de la camioneta entusiasta. El precio de esta casa es demasiado alto en comparación con los otros dos cinco estrellas. El precio de la temporada de esquí en invierno se duplicará

Desde el momento en que nos recogimos en la estación de tren hasta que se dejaron de regresar, este fue uno de los mejores hoteles y personal que he tratado en cualquier lugar. My wife and I stayed at the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz in February 2022. The service and accommodations were some of the finest we have ever experienced. The hotel is near the train station overlooking Lake St. Moritz on the eastern part of the town. The hotel is elegant and relatively smaller than some of the other properties with 60 rooms, but still with a grand design. We booked using the American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts and were upgraded to a junior suite. The room was ultimately the nicest of our entire trip in Switzerland. All of the furnishings were modern and the bathroom was spacious consistent with a five-star property. The room was on a high floor overlooking Lake St. Moritz where later in the week we attended the White Turf horse racing. We were addressed by name the entire stay and were treated by the staff as valued guests. In particular, the concierge provided us with exceptional service and went above and beyond expected services helping us to obtain our previously purchased ski passes (requiring a special trip to the train station) and arranging frequent house-car transportation (and back) to the town center, various other hotel/restaurants, and the principal ski lift. The included breakfast buffet was pleasant and comprehensive with different breads and the ability to order eggs or other hot dishes directly from the kitchen. We rented ski equipment from the hotel's Ski Service. The spa and exercise facilities were enjoyable, especially the pool, hot tub, and steam room after a long day of skiing. There are absolutely no weaknesses to this property if you are seeking first-class luxury accommodations. My wife and I dined one evening at the Michelin 2-Star Da Vittorio restaurant. If I had known earlier, I would have purchased our ski passes at the hotel (same price as internet). Taxis are expensive: take advantage of the complimentary house car(s). Skiing St. Moritz is an experience of a lifetime. I hope to return to my new friends at Carlton Hotel.
