Welcomed by a lovely lady whose English was better than my French. Easy check in and room was clean and well laid out. Room cleaned every day and fresh towels supplied If you are on a budget this is the place and add to that secure parking, we rode down on Harleys so secure parking is a must, it was a great hotel. Right next door to McDonalds and Buffalo Grill so easy to get fed and watered Close by os petrol stations

The property is literally 6 minutes walking from the railway station and 10 minutes from the beach. All other places are in and around. The housekeeping staff is impeccable, the reception staff is helpful and friendly and you can leave your valuables without a doubt. Only thing missing is mini bar and a safe, but still this hotel is worth every penny.

We are leaving Deauville and this beautiful hotel, the Royal Hotel Barriere, which we called home for 10 days. The staff know us all by name and their service has been the best in all of the hotels around the world we have stayed. Absolutely 5 star and faultless. The funny thing is, AMEX recommended we stay at another hotel in Traville, just 5 minutes down the road. When we got to the other hotel we could see straight away it was not to our liking so cancelled the booking and found this hotel by ourselves. I cannot say enough about this hotel, my father in law who we brought with us, has a knack of complaining about everything and anything, but this stay, i heard not a word out of him. That is the greatest testament to how good this hotel is. Everyday, the restaurant menus changes, so you never tire of what’s on offer. As for Deauville, this town is magical and is like old Paris, that’s probably why It’s known as the Paris Rivièra. Full of restaurants, cafe’s, bars, markets, and beautiful beaches. As we are leaving the hotel is filling with Parisians escaping Paris for a break. If your ever find yourself in France, put Deauville on your list of places to stay or visit.

La experiencia de estadía en el hotel Mercure de Trouville es muy agradable. El personal de la recepción es entusiasta y amigable y trata rápidamente las formalidades de estadía. La habitación es amplia y limpia, la cama es cómoda y las instalaciones están completas. La variedad de desayunos que ofrece el hotel es variada y deliciosa. Además, la ubicación del hotel es excelente y las instalaciones cercanas son muy convenientes. El paseo puede llegar a la playa y al centro de la ciudad, hay varias opciones de restaurantes y compras cerca. El transporte es conveniente, cerca de los puntos de transporte público, es conveniente visitar las atracciones cercanas. La única pequeña barrera es la velocidad de conexión a la red inalámbrica a veces arrogante. En general, estoy muy satisfecho con la impresión de que está en el hotel Trouville Mercure y le recomiendo a otros viajeros.

I wish I had read the 1* and 2* reviews on here before booking. I thought an overall 4.5* was reliable but I think people who gave those stayed a very short time. We stayed 8 nights and had the 'full' experience... As others have noted, this is not a 4* hotel. It is some rooms, with a pool outside in a very pretty garden, but it bears no resemblance to a hotel in terms of service and standards. I have stayed in far superior 2* hotels. It was a hugely disappointing stay. Having to constantly ask for very basic things like shampoo and soap is frustrating and eventually we stopped trying. By the end of our stay, our frustration had turned to anger but there was no point complaining. The problems are not occasional or errors, they are systemic. We noticed a plaque for 'Buildinvest' on the gate. I googled the company. It explains quite a lot. I recommend you google the company and it's main business and business model before booking... A quick summary: * the shower leaked all over the floor * the shower head bracket was broken * toiletries in our room were never replenished - not once - in 8 nights! We had to beg the desk staff for shampoo. They then ran around looking in cupboards. Sometimes they brought some, sometimes they just forgot about it. In the end we went to a supermarket and bought some for ourselves. I have never had to do that when staying in a 4* hotel. * there were holes in one of the bath towels we were provided with. * the rug in the room was tatty and had come unstuck from the floor. It was a massive trip hazard in the middle of the room and my husband fell over it on the first day. We had to ask twice for it to be rectified over a course of 4 days. There is clearly no maintenance staff on site. Nothing gets repaired or maintained. * breakfast is disappointing. It is the same everyday - in the case of the fruit and 'salad' it is literally the same food. The cucumber had gone slimy and the apples were old and soft but they continued to bring them out day after day. By day 3 I really wanted to leave but we had paid over £2,000 upfront so were trapped there. * the breakfast seating is appalling. Everyone is crammed into tiny tables around sofas that are never used. Guests have to queue up at a machine to get a coffee. It's like a budget hotel. There was clear anger among a number of guests but the staff seem oblivious to it. On the final morning all the tables outside were covered in the dirty ashtrays from the previous night, filled will old cigarette butts. It was depressing. I couldn't face it and left and paid for breakfast elsewhere. * the only coffee onsite is from a self-service coffee machine that uses powdered milk. It is appalling. Like something from an M40 service station c.1989. Everyone in the breakfast room was disgusted, French, German, English alike. It is not appropriate for a venue that claims to be a 4* hotel. How hard is it to serve guests a proper cup of coffee? * we went out and bought milk to have coffee in

Un establecimiento perfecto: - bien situado - personal de pequeños cuidados y muy disponible con sus clientes ... - muy buena relación calidad/precio - habitación bien equipada, limpia, así como cocina y baño. Hasta que nos fuimos, donde necesitamos un taxi... Aunque la recepción ya lo había reservado, el receptor no llegó, ella y su colega se pusieron a buscar una respuesta a nuestra petición. Otro punto positivo.. Si esto puede servir... Nos hemos alojado en el Allé Suite Hotel por su situación.. cerca del puerto: salida de nuestro crucero ...De todas formas, la proximidad del estacionamiento para la semana ( P4 en los Docks Vauban) Me olvidé.. espacio de juegos.. lectura.. En el piso de la calle, a la recepción para grandes y pequeños... Todo está a disposición de los clientes.. Bravo para esta iniciativa ✌️ Gracias a ellos ... Un placer volver si se presenta la oportunidad.
