Very friendly management who went to a lot of trouble to make my short stay at the end of the ski season very comfortable. The location is not great for the ski lifts and slopes but very handy for the car park and the bus shuttle to the Alpin Express gondola. The decor is certainly a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Although quiet, the breakfast spread was superb and the management had a few nice touches like allowing me to keep the room on check-out day. Very much appreciated. Good value too in what is, of course, an expensive resort to stay.

As a veteran of multiple ski hotels, I have to say this is one of the loveliest I’ve stayed in. The welcome I received was genuinely warm, with the staff going out of their way to be helpful. The rooms and facilities were clean and very comfortable, if not recently modernised. But the rather retro feel is actually part of the hotel’s charm. I loved the bar area, with its huge open fire. And the breakfast was terrific.

Nice hotel, great staff, nice rooms. The location is perfect, especially if you come by car, easy walk , hotel located just by the outside parking. The little spa/pool area perfect for relaxing after ski. Ski room and also a ski depot near the lifts.We will definitely be back.

We travelled to Saas-Fee to do a via ferrata on Sunday and were looking for a twin room. We found this hotel on this site and booked it on its own site. The receptionist (whose name I forgot to ask) speaks various languages and is very helpful in and around the hotel. The rooms are suitable for an overnight stay. There's a storage room for your luggage on the day you checkout. You also get a public transport pass (alpin express, buses, etc.) whenever you stay in a hotel in Saas-Fee.

Sehr nette, freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin! Die Zimmer sind sauber, stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt beim Parkplatz. Gutes Frühstück (Buffet) und der Blick auf die Bergen runden die Erfahrung ab.. :-)
