A pie del parque budista, en realidad está en la puerta 2 del parque, y la ubicación es buena. El hotel está bien planificado, el entorno es elegante, el edificio de la camisa roja está plenamente integrado en el parque budista, y el personal de servicio es entusiasta y amigable. El hotel tiene más de 30 años de historia. Las habitaciones son diseñadas por los japoneses y el diseño está lleno de estilo japonés. Aunque la conservación está bien, la instalación es demasiado vieja. La capacidad de refrigeración de aire acondicionado es limitada. No sé si es por la temporada de otoño. El primer día en la tienda, el hotel grande no tiene otros huéspedes, menos de diez empleados sirven a nuestros huéspedes en una habitación, y el día siguiente parece que alguien vive. El hotel no ofrece baño de agua caliente, pero debido al calor del día, el problema no es demasiado grande. No hay ninguna otra instalación comercial en el área, si no quieres que salga el coche, la comida sólo se puede resolver en el hotel y el precio es normal.

El resort de jardín Rumbini Buddha no es sólo un hotel, sino también un hermoso jardín con loto , rodeado de hierbas y bosques, realmente aprecio a los empleados del hotel, son tan amables y sinceros, me ayudan mucho en muchos sentidos, El hotel está situado en una zona de 2 estrellas, con una zona de 3 estrellas y una zona de 3 estrellas. El hotel está muy bien limpio, incluso ayudado a doblar mis ropa y zapatos, y a poner de vuelta las ropas que se secó en el bacon en la habitación, manteniendo todo a la vez a la moda y agradable. La comida también era muy deliciosa, les pedí que enviaran a mi habitación, son muy pacientes, envasaron la comida cuidadosamente y entregaron con todo el conjunto de platos, vidrios, limones, cuchillos y así sucesivamente. En la mañana se oye cantar las aves y el personal hacen diligente jardinería, limpieza, lavado, incluso se arrojan para limpiar las cuchillas de la carretera que conducen a los edificios de habitaciones en el jardín que me toca y me impresiona. We checked into Lumbini Palace Resort on November 24, 2023, for a two-night stay. Our experience was flawless; there were no service issues, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. However, upon checking out, I realized I had carelessly left behind a very important item in the room. The day after our departure, I contacted the hotel to inquire about my belongings. They assured me they had found them and would promptly send them back to me. Initially relieved, I awaited their response eagerly. However, as days passed, I received no updates despite my repeated requests for them to send my belongings via courier, with me covering the costs. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to respond to my requests, leaving me to make weekly follow-up calls. After more than three months of waiting, I was informed that my belongings had been lost. The excuses provided, such as changes in management or staff not being on duty, seemed unprofessional and lacked accountability. Losing items of great religious significance has been distressing, and the lack of genuine concern from the hotel only exacerbated the situation. Additionally, the absence of any communication from the new manager further highlighted the hotel's disregard for customer care. As someone involved in the travel industry, I had considered recommending Lumbini Palace Resort to my clients. However, based on my experience, I have decided against it. It's clear that the resort's staff need better training and a deeper understanding of their responsibilities in the hospitality industry. This incident serves as a reminder that exemplary customer service is essential for sustaining success in this field...

Stayed in Room 107 for 2 nights. I arrived early in the evening thanks to difficulties crossing the Indian Nepal border. No major problems checking in except some confusion over if I had already paid. The hotel is in a very good condition with marble and tiles everywhere. My room was on the first floor. There didn't appear to be a lift, but the staircase was pretty shallow anyway. Upon entry to the room, there was a strong smell of Naphthalene. Everything looked clean, although I picked up dust while walking barefoot and ended up using the slippers provided. The bathroom had an open shower, toilet and basin. The room was large enough without everything getting in the way. Hot water was available via a hot water boiler. The bathroom was clean and hygienist enough, although the silicone sealant needed to be redone. The room had a double and a single bed. The blanket and sheets were clean, although there was a slight damp smell. The mattress was medium firm and with the thick blankets, it was quite comfortable sleeping even in the cooler Feb/March weather. Breakfast was part of the package and had to be ordered with a call to the in-house restaurant and brought to the room. Location wise, the hotel is about 15 minutes to the airport by car. The main bus stand is 2 minutes walk away. The immediate area is quiet. The nearest restaurant is about 5 minutes walk, or use the in-house restaurant. The nearest busy area is probably Buddha Chowk, about 1 to 2 km away. That's also where you can get a local bus to Lumbini Historic Park. Overall, I had a good stay. The front office staff are fantastic. Really polite and courteous. The hotel is in good condition, bar some of the small points already mentioned.

Very helpful staff. The staff make the place. Call beforehand to check if ****** is open. Trip.com had wrong number and a Taxi request failed. Please continue the music and BBQ. Change the prices a bit. Have more rain day options. Direct middle of Butwal and Lumbini. Not near bus FYI

I experienced a warm and inviting welcome, accompanied by refreshing drinks and genuine smiles. The rooms mirror the online photos, showcasing a well-maintained property. The hotel offers spacious accommodations at a great value with ample hot water and all the essential amenities. The breakfast service is outstanding, though a few additional Western options would enhance my overall experience. A fantastic choice for the city. I would stay here again.
