Estoy escribiendo una revisión muy mezclada sobre Windsor y sinceramente espero que la propiedad lea esto porque los problemas realmente tienen más que ver con la inversión en el hotel que con lo que el personal puede controlar. En un caso de mala calidad, Windsor necesita una reinversión importante o los propietarios deberían venderla y dejar que los compradores lo hagan. En mi opinión, está en la actualidad en la marca ”3”, pero podría ser fácilmente una propiedad de la estrella 4-5 con la acción adecuada. Por otra parte, están deslizando hacia una muy baja clasificación ya que las cosas están en posición. Mi última noche allí tuve que ordenar tres veces hasta que tenían algo en stock en el menú. Todo chef que sabe lo que ella o él está haciendo se alineará con los servidores antes de una comida y pasará las especialidades del día. y también qué artículos son ”86'ed” ...lo que significa que no tienen. No en Windsor. Teníamos un dormitorio de dos habitaciones en el campo de golf que podría fácilmente recuperar $800+US en una propiedad de alta final. En lugar de tener muebles y bañeras viejos, una TV en el salón que ni siquiera estaba conectada, un cafetería pero olvidaron todo el café y el té para ir con él y no hay luces ...El salón literalmente no tenía suelo ni luz de mesa, por lo que ni siquiera podía usarlo en la noche. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. Espero que la propiedad se convierta en una acción conjunta y que decida ser seria o salir de la empresa. Este lugar es una joya real que con la inversión, podría brillar rápidamente de nuevo.

I spent a very pleasant and peaceful 9 days here. Was in Twiga room which was away from the construction going on. However, it seemed only to begin after I left anyway. The room was large and well appointed, although no view. (Don’t know if any of the rooms have - but not much to see out of a window in this location anyway. The staff was exceptional. Always pleasant and helpful. Was very, very convenient to UN office and US embassy. And the free shuttle to Village Market was handy and always timely with very pleasant service. Wifi was fast and AC/hot water/electricity was steady. I only ate once at breakfast, but it was more than decent food (non-pork bacon and sausages, but ok) If any drawback, would be the absence of alcohol on premises. (So the free shuttle to VM really came in handy!) Overall, would not hesitate to stay again.

Hospitality at it's best. I had one of the best relaxed days of my life. I booked a staycation and it was worth every coin. The rooms, the food and i cannot forget about the lovely staff that you have, so warm and Kind-hearted I didn't want to go back home. Thanks so much Tribe. Shout out to Muchina and Barack for the purest smiles and welcome. I will be back

There are no luggage trolleys, which make it very difficult to take luggage up to your apartment. The concierges are very helpful and the security personal are polite and helpful too. Our apartment was very nice. Clean, bright and comfortable. The views arw amazing,ing from the balcony. We were very disappointed as our main reason for choosing Sky Nest was their facilities. Their pool has been out of commission for over a week, and we never recieved any solid information as to when it would be repaired. We could not make full use of the gym either. Their tread mills are not running smoothly, they are jerky and dangerous. The convenience shop on the ground floor is extremely useful. They sell everyday basics from water, soap, shampoo, condiments, wines and spirits and more. The restaurant, Slate, is okay. We did mot enjoy our dishes. The staff are very professional, courteous and friendly. The management truly needs to be on top of everything, to make sure that everything is in top working condition. It has been very disappointing in that respect.

Pros - very close to the airport (closest?), new hotel, free shuttle, lovely staff, yummy room service meal, reasonable value for a five star hotel, lots of security measures Cons - no room service menu in room, despite checking twice they hadn't arranged the shuttle back to the airport however they did sort it out and I left more or less on time as planned. Pick up shuttle also wasn't there when I arrived

This hotel is worth the money you pay for. From the outside, it might not look nice but when you step in the story will change. The staff are nice and supportive. The room was not the best but it was good enough for a night before our safari trip. We didn't have time to use the restaurant but the coffee shop was good for evening chill-out.
