Hoteles cerca del Wijngaard Runa, Ruinen

Personalmente, esperaba un hotel medio en el sitio web, pero... era mucho más que eso. Establecimiento maravilloso, magnífico desayuno sala con Hilton decente desayuno buffet (de zumo fresco a una amplia gama de panes frescas, café fresco de las hierbas) personal con acogida y una excelente habitación. El propietario me ha recibido con mucha calor en la noche después del trabajo. Personal muy hospitalario y amable. Enorme asesor. Premium precio calidad relación. Me gustaría volver aquí el año próximo. Y aconseja a cualquiera que dude que reserve este hotel.

Excellent hotel, on a quiet spot next to a pond, entering the lobby with a cosmopolitan touch already makes you feel happy. We had a splendid 4th floor corner room in the ‘tower’. Upgrade rooms are located in another building and have a terrace, we didn’t miss it as it was cold and the big windows with lots of view are more then convenient. Excellent bedding, big bathroom also with a window on the surrounding nature. We had a reasonable dinner in the large and fancy restaurant. Excellent breakfast.

Traslado varias veces al mes con trabajo nunca se sabe lo que encontrará cuando llegue primero a un hotel. Las habitaciones están en la villa original, y tienen mucho carácter, o en el nuevo ala construida con fines mirando por el jardín. Estaba en la villa. La habitación era cómoda, limpia, tranquila y con mucho espacio. La cama era cómoda. Horrible service. Unhelpful and quite frankly rude. I had emailed the hotel to say that we would be arriving after 11pm for check in. I received a polite reply that said, ” That is no problem”. I continued to keep the hotel informed va email once we left Amsterdam. They did not inform us that there was a fesival in thier town and that it would be difficult to get to the hotel. After driving around for an hour and asking several people, I phoned the Hotel directly. The man who I spoke too was the most unfriendly, unsympathetic and unhelpful person. He basically said that it would be impossible to get to the hotel and that he could not help us. When I pressed for more information, he suggested I park the car anywhere that I can find a place and walk to the hotel. When I asked how far away we were and how long it would take to to walk to the hotel, he laughed and said that it would take us all night. Very disappointing and disheartening when we had 2 rooms booked and paid 691 euros (345.50 euros per room; 1 comfort double and 1 comfort twin). We arrived approximately 15 minutes later (around 3am!). I explained that the service was terrible in getting there. They tried to blame it on all the drunk people at the festival when in fact, the service from the hotel was unsatisfactory. The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good (at the restaurant across the street) but we were only there for a few hours. The service of the staff in the morning made up for the unacceptable, rude, unprofessional and unhelpful man from the night before. He should not be working in the tourism industry. Disappointingly, this was our first time staying at this hotel and it will be the last. Which is a shame as we like to support small, family run businesses. I do not recommend staying here during the weekend that we stayed in June. We were there for the MotoGP and will stay elsewhere next time. I suggest you do the same.

Een mooi hotel, vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid staan hier hoog in het vaandel. Kamers keurig op orde, schoon en netjes verzorgt. Door de eigenaar en echtgenote wordt samen met het team regelmatig voor de gasten een verrassing georganiseerd, zo hadden wij een mooie wandeltocht met begeleiding en onderweg lekkere warme chocolademelk met een warme gevulde koek. Het was wild dat op de kaart stond dus ook nog een keer extra verrast met hoornblazen door een groep jagers. Helemaal geweldig. Het wild arrangement dat wij geboekt hadden was ook voortreffelijk. Enorm genoten. Kwaliteit gastvrijheid en dit met een persoonlijke tint maakt dit een nieuwe favoriet op onze lijst

A las 1230pm llegamos para ser informados de que el check-in no fue hasta las 3:00. Pregunté si estaban llenos y se le dijo que no había habitaciones limpias. El hotel está realmente en medio de nada, así que nos dirigimos 20 minutos a la ciudad al supermercado local. A las 2 pm, cuando volví al hotel, pregunté si había habitaciones disponibles. No me dijeron, no hay habitaciones limpias aún. La dama ni siquiera se preguntó si había algunas. A las 23:00 h, algunos otros huéspedes llegaron y se les dieron las llaves inmediatamente, le dije, le dijiste que las habitaciones no estaban listas hasta las 3:00. Ella dijo que sólo se han puesto a disposición! Todos los habitaciones? Están disponibles exactamente al mismo tiempo? En el hotel, el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad.
