Sonder Chelsea Green

這家地理位置還是不錯的，周邊是居民樓非常安靜而且安全。距離south Kensington地鐵站不算遠，走路也就十分鐘，另外洗髮水紙巾膠囊咖啡等等物資是隨意自取式的管理，取拿很方便。不方便的地方是要付費打掃衞生，25鎊一次。而且早餐雖然供應但是每天也基本一樣，麪包果醬咖啡系列基本標配，麪包雖不是現烤但是味道還是很可以的。旅遊住了四天感覺每天大部分時間在外邊，衹有回來洗澡睡覺，其實住着還是很舒服的，住的是101房間，淋浴下水很通暢，但是洗手盆下水很堵。

這是一家簡易設計和服務的酒店。 大堂沒有服務生， 密碼鎖，入住需要上網登記， 即便是到了大堂也需要自己坐下手機登記入住。 酒店的地理位置不錯， 在車路士小花園100米處， 周邊有幾個餐廳。 咖啡….0離比較地道的幾個購物區都不算太遠， 但也不是特別近。 在這個地區都是比較有底藴的老牌的當地人， 所以簡易版的酒店讓我蠻驚訝的！ 房間大小OK， 不過更像一個適合年輕學生的酒店。 早餐OK， 還有一個小户外區域可用！ 如果是想有倫敦的老區的chic, 這個地理位置不錯， 不過酒店沒有。 價格也變貴了一點。 不如看看Sloane Square 區域的酒店。

Great location near shops, restaurants, and the Underground station! Room was clean and spacious. Located in a quiet and calm neighborhood. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious! Will definitely recommend staying here!

We tried Sonder for the first time staying in Chelsea for the end of our UK vacation. Being in the midst of a bad period of Covid, we were very happy to find our contactless communication, building and room entry to be so smooth and easy. Our room was beautifully decorated and extremely clean! The bed was comfortable, the tv was entertaining and shower had wonderful hot water and great water pressure. There was room for our luggage and a place to hang our clothes. The location had great markets and food places close by. Tube stops were close too!!

Love this hotel - great Chelsea Green location, staff, good value for money, no frills, but practical rooms. Some rooms have no closet so beware - not the best option if you are there on a long stay. Will continue booking here.

17 Year being locked out from her hotelroom and not granted access again. I had booked a room back in Oktober to my daughter age 17. And prior to the booking I called reception that confirmed that she could stay there. As long as i Paid in advance and so i did. When she arrived she wasn't allowed access to friday night - but after spending hours on discussing - and me uploading Identification to their site. And also giving consent (again). She got her room. And everything appeared to be ok. She thought. Because suddenly they had changed her acces code to her room. At the same time I was told that they would check with their legal team and call me back. They didn’t. Not the second time either. The response I got was a mail saying they had refunded the payment - minus the night she was there. ( Still haven’t received the money btw) I am still waiting for their call back that I have now asked for - 5 times. Imagine being a minor in London without a place to sleep.

The hotel is fine, great location but the rooms look a little tired, the self entry is ok but would be better if the phone key opened the main door as well. Breakfast was very good.

Great find steps away from great restaurants, shopping, public transportation and famous sights. Loved it and will definitely be back. Loved the breakfast and the thoughtful touches. Simple done right!
