Hotel Pyhatunturi

It was a very good experience. Breakfast was perfect. The hotel room was very clean. Staff were friendly. The location is pretty close to ski school (walking to get to school from hotel is around 10 mins). Will definitely go again.

很糟糕的酒店，毀了我整個拉普蘭旅行。下了機場衹有公交車100能到，開過去要一兩個小時，四個小時才一班，去了之後在站點傻等結果公交車不來，打電話想諮詢一下酒店，結果酒店確認完我的訊息後直接掛電話，掛了兩次後麪三次不接，最後在加油站坐了一晚上，環遊歐洲最糟糕的一站沒有之一。

Actualmente hay obras en el hotel, pero así se anunció debidamente al reservar la habitación. Un fuerte olor a moho y la habitación no había sido limpiada de las huellas del anterior ocupante. Un hotel antiguo y tradicional.

We stayed here for 4 nights in the bigger ”superior” room. The room and hotel felt a bit dated. The sauna and gym department seemed ok and there was a nice library room with TV near the sauna. There was a cosy spot near the reception as well were you could read or relax.

we have visited here previously many years ago, the hotel is comfortable, very warm and the beds are very comfortable! a new addition was a kettle in the room and coffee and tea available at a point in the corridor. it is extremely near to the slopes and after a walk we were able to see the Northern Lights. Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions our half board evening meal was in the Colorado Grill, the food was excellent and the portions generous, but we would have preferred the buffet style dinner as the choice was limited and not the type of food for every night, but this was not the hotels fault! The wifi was fine, we never had a problem getting a signal and we had no problem with noise from other rooms. The tv had a couple of channels with English programmes, as we had to spend a lot of time in our room in the evenings due to lockdowns an English film channel would have been good! we would certainly stay here again as I like skiing on wide, quiet slopes!

Not a good start. Checked in with not much of a welcome by female receptionist, she gave us our key and pointed to some steps. Found our room and started to unpack when a man used a key pass and entered our room and then went out again and then came in again, and went out again…..we were baffled! A few minutes later the not so friendly receptionist came in to our room, (it would have been nice if she had knocked) saying that were in the wrong room….like we’d put ourselves in the room! She went out again and then came back saying we’re in the room and we’ll have to move. Next the Crystal Rep. knocked on the door and said they’d been a mistake and we’re been put in the wrong room and she would find out what room number were moving to (the receptionist never came back to apologised). Then the man came back and barged passed us and put his suitcase in the room and disappeared again! The Crystal Rep helped us move to the other room …..thank goodness for her - she said she would feedback to the hotel manager and the next day he apologised for the inconvenience and gave us a voucher for tea and cake …..we would have preferred the receptionist to apologise for entering the room twice and making out it was our fault that we were in the wrong room!! The room was very basic but clean and comfortable. …..there was a kettle as described but not tea, coffee, milk or sugar as described in a review we read. We didn’t steep properly as you can hear everything going on in the other rooms….we were woken up at 6am every morning to what can only be described as someone tap dancing in the room above. The hotel was filled with at least 95% of families that were on the Santa Package so a very noisy place, and our evening meals were not relaxing at all as the children were constantly running around in the restaurant and climbing over the furniture….it was manic. The food was good but not much of a selection - the Chefs in the kitchen were wonderful and served us with hot vegetarian meals. The breakfast selection was good but if you like warm portage and warm pancakes you will be disappointed as hot food was always luke warm ….as the the soup in the evenings and the water in the earn was never boiling.

Well the title says it all. Old style electric sockets, oldish tv with no "smart functions" i.e. can't watch your own content from tablet/phone. Wery slow wifi. The normal talk from neihbourgh room can be heard through walls. No lift. And right now construction work going on all around the hotel. Not the grestest of breakfasts, and seems understaffed ( this may be due to covid restrictions/lack of customers that have "driven away" a lot people from restaurant work)

Vastaanoton työntekijästä jäi epämukava olo. Ei toivottanut tervetulleeksi, antoi vain huoneen avaimen, sanoi että katsokaa lapusta miten muut palvelut avoinna. Myös pois lähtiessä ei toivottanut uudestaan tervetulleeksi tai kysellyt miten loma meni. Huoneen siivouksessa pieniä puutteita, pölyä siellä täällä, vessassa roiskeita. Hotellin ravintolassa todella mukava henkilökunta, aamupala oli hyvä sekä ravintolan ruoka hyvä. Yleisvaikutelma hyvä hotellista.

Parhaat päivänsä nähnyt hotelli. Huone oli todella kylmä, kun saavuimme sinne. Huone oli varustettu lisäpattereilla, joilla huone lämpeni juuri ja juuri yöksi. Yleisilme nuhjuinen. Miestyöntekijällä respassa asiakaspalveluhenki hukassa.
