Family of 5 with 18yr being the youngest. We had plenty of space with the two bedrooms and optional sofa bed. Kitchen was spacious for easy cooking. Shuttle service was convenient and frequent during the day.

I reserved through *******. My arrival was delayed so they gave my room away. We had a loft suite rated to sleep 4. The bed was OK, but the sleeper sofa was torture. My reservation was for three nights, was late and as noted, they did not have me in the system for the second night. I ate the third night because of the sleeper sofa. I will not stay again.

The place was oversold so we were “upgraded”
But I did book a two bedroom suite. All three beds were too firm and very uncomfortable

The room was nice and staff was very professional and helpful. The shuttle to the mountain was great.
The downside was noise. We could hear conversations from neighbors above and beside us and the worst was when people walked up and down the stairs in front of our unit. There is very little sound barrier. If it wasn't for this, I'd give the place five stars.

Everything was great location wise downfalls of property is no elevator and having to carry stuff up 2 flights of stairs! And no one spoke English you had to communicate through text message

Good stay! We liked the staff. They were very friendly and personable. The rooms were nice and clean and had everything we needed to cook--thanks! It was a bit noisy in the evening with snow removal but a small price to pay for completely clear sidewalks and parking lot. :)
