Buena opcion para viaje en familia. Teníamos torneo en el sport center y quedo excelente!

El cuarto estaba muy sucio y tenía humedad en baño y se caía pedazos de pared y techo , Muy malas condiciones y marca que tiene 8.3 y es falso , Un hotel 6 tiene mejores condiciones , Muy mala experiencia en room 216

Siempre que boy a Austin que quefo aqui me gusta el desayuno la limpieza lo recomiendo exelente

Muy buen hotel, limpio aun que su estacionamiento algo pequeño, el desayuno bueno en general incluyo huevo, tocino, panes de diferentes , cafe y manzana como fruta.

We had a double queen suite and it was incredibly spacious, the room was very clean and the bed linens and towels all smelled clean and fresh which is a big deal for me. Love that the vanity is separate from the water closet because I have a teenage daughter…enough said. The location was great because it was close to our venue and also close to a great selection of restaurants which we walked to both nights because the parking lot is well lit. However, the place could use a little tlc. One of the elevators was out of service, a large crack in the shower wall tile was poorly repaired, the faucet at the vanity was difficult to turn on gently, so it blasted water, splashing everything around it. Nothing that ruined the experience, just the reasons the property conditions didn’t get an excellent score.

Front desk staff was super friendly; they made my son a balloon sword upon arrival so I thought that was nice. Room was spacious and served our family well. Everything was clean! Would probably choose this hotel if we come back.

Newly renovated so it was very modern. Staff were super nice! Bed /Pillows comfy overall great stay

The area was great and staff was awesome. My biggest issue was that we saw two small roaches and three silverfish bugs in our room. We stay at Holiday Inn Express’ pretty frequently and have never seen bugs so this was a first for us. Kinda bummed about that…

Considering what I paid for a room, I was not at all satisfied. The room definitely needed updating, extremely low water pressure in bathroom sink, broken coffeemaker, and able to hear all that was in vicinity to the room. There are a lot of choices for a stay in the area and wished I had chosen differently.

Clean comfortable room and convenient location. Loved the variety of restaurants in the area.

Wish pool was open. The ataff were friendly and place was clean. It was a nice stay.

Can I tell you that what stuck out the most is the customer service. I came and left with the feeling of luxury hotel customer service. In truth, this is a budget hotel. Did it knock my socks off? No. Did it meet every need while I was there for less than 10 hours. Yes. But the desk associates (when I checked in and out) were so nice and professional, it really filled any other gaps there could have been. Excellent stay.
