Room was spacious and clean. I'd stay there again.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They all spoke English that made the experience seamless. Beautifully modern rooms, incredibly clean. I would stay there again!!

I, my husband and our two teenage sons stayed at Radisson Blu Rouen for 2 nights, between Christmas and new year. It was a good experience overall. We had two minor issues. Even though it was clearly mentioned in our booking that we had a 13-year old and a 16-year old teenager, they gave them a double sofa bed to sleep together which caused us a lot of trouble and two sleepless nights which made our trip slightly unpleasant. Our second issue was breakfast. The breakfast was good, quality of food, etc was all ok. Unfortunately the restaurant was not big enough to cater for the amount of guests that were staying at the hotel and the way the food was arranged made it all the more chaotic as it was a very tight space, not easy to get breakfast and when things ran out, they were not being replaced, etc, especially drinking water and glasses. The staff was very polite and welcoming. The location of the hotel was also great.

Très bien reçu à la réception. Personnel disponible et souriant. L’hôtel est beau et bien situé pour visiter à pied. Possibilité de louer des vélos. La chambre : Spacieuse, literie confortable sauf le canapé lit pour ma fille, avec douche et baignoire, produits de toilette, chaussons et peignoirs, mini bar bouillotte avec thé et machine à café MAIS Le chromecast n’a jamais voulu fonctionné malgré le déplacement du personnel Beaucoup de poussière sur les tablettes et les verres Lavabo bouché et débouché rapidement par le personnel Le spa est petit mais fonctionnel, ce fut un moment agréable La carte du bar est un peu restreinte Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque avec des produits locaux et faits maisons, il y en a pour tous les goûts Nous avons passé un bon moment

Une très belle adresse pour visiter Rouen, même si elle est un peu eloignée du centre historique. Elle est tout de m^me à l'intérieur des anciens remparts. Le côté très récent du bâtiment lui confère une belle qualité de confort.

Excelente hotel, gran servicio, súper cerca de Sta como de tren y estaciones de transporte en general, a una distancia caminando del Centro de Rouen y sus atractivos !

Excellent séjour, très bel hôtel et accueil au top !

Very nice hotel. We were upgraded, which is always good, but the reception staff were all very helpful and spoke perfect English. They have parking under the hotel which we used for €16 per day and the breakfast was excellent. Recommend if staying in Rouen.

The receptionists were very, very polite, neatly dressed, efficient. They gave me a warm reception and a very appreciative and efficient checkout.

Hôtel très confortable

오우 위치 최고에요. 기차역과 아주 가깝고 관광지와 맛난 식당 거리와도 가까워요. 시설 엄청 깨끗하거 깔끔하니 너무 맘에 들어요. 직원분들 친절해요. 여행 관광 및 택시 예약등 친절하게 설명해주세요... 주변에 맛집 아주 많아요. 아침, 점심, 저녁만 먹는다는것이 아쉬워요.
