Hoteles cerca del Kleingartenanlage ＂Lichtenhagen 1＂, Rostock

Necesitamos una posibilidad de alojamiento para una noche. El hotel era perfecto. Todo parece nuevo y moderno. Nuestra habitación tenía una cama doble y una cama de dormitorio doble. La limpieza era intacta. Las matracas no estaban aún atravesadas. El desayuno buffet era pequeño, pero para 7,50€ incluyendo bebidas sedento, invicto, barato. El tren de esquina y el tren están cerca. La deducción de puntos es demasiado poca para aparcamiento y pocos espacios para el desayuno. En general, todo es muy bueno y muy recomendable.

I feel a little sad for this property. A former Steigenberger, it opened more than 25 years ago and you still can tell, a lot of money was spend on the interior back than. But that, as mentioned, was more than 25 years ago! The now Vienna House faces a lot of competition by new hotels (Ana, Premier Inn, Motel One) or recently renovated one (pentahotel, Radisson Blu), so they just can't carry on with the 1990's style - it definately needs a makeover. Wooden furniture with dents and water marks everywhere, yellowed lamp shades, stained walls, carpets and ceilings... it's just not state of the art, anymore. Wifi was very unstable and we encountered an hairdryer without a protective grid which was a security hazard. That said: we slept great as our superior room was totally quiet and we really enjoyed the huge breakfast buffet. Staff was overall courteous and we were granted late check-out for no surcharge. The hotel's location is central with several tram lines just a few meters away and only a short walk to the pedestrian zone. Would me return? Yes, we would as the rates do reflect the outdated hotel's interior and the pros still weigh more than the cons.

Una simple equipamiento funcional. Desafortunadamente, un grupo grande no permitió el desayuno en los dos primeros días. Aunque hay muchos cafés agradables y buenos en Rostock, la búsqueda se hizo más difícil de lo esperado. Ya había muchas cosas que hacer esta mañana. A partir del tercer día, tuvimos desayuno en el hotel, lo que era mucho más relajado. Todo lo que necesitamos era disponible. Incluso leche de avena y de mantequilla, así que yo también estaba “salvado”, porque desgraciadamente no puedo comer todo y estoy dependiente de las flores de maíz con frutas. El personal era muy amable y prematura. Fue muy limpio en todas partes.

Siempre me gusta. También este año, en diciembre, reservamos de nuevo. De la habitación hasta la sala de estar, sólo hay unos pocos metros. El hotel es limpio y cuenta con personal agradable y amable. La nueva silla de paseo permite visitar las habitaciones muy fácilmente y ofrece una buena estancia para las personas mayores.

Wir machen jährlich ein Freundinnenwochenende und 2023 sollte es in Kühlungsborn sein. Darum hatten wir im Januar `23 das „Ostseeluft“-Angebot gebucht: im Doppelzimmer Deluxe. Zzgl. einer Massage im Wellnessbereich. Das Einchecken ging recht fix. Wir erhielten entgegen unserer Buchung allerdings eine Suite unterm Dach. Sie war ohne Beleuchtung recht dunkel und hatte auch den einen oder anderen kleinen Reparaturbedarf. Sonst war auch sie soweit i.O. (Aber eigentlich wäre uns das DZ Deluxe viel lieber gewesen!) Das Frühstücksangebot war super auch der Service in diesem Bereich. Zügig wurden Lücken im Büfett aufgefüllt. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle durch die Bank freundlich und aufmerksam. 2x waren wir im „Wolkenlos“ zum Abendessen – Büfett. Das war auch sehr gut. Viele Salate dabei und Gemüse, Fisch, Fleisch und etwas Süßes. Auch hier waren die Mitarbeiter super. Freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und hell. 1x hatten wir dann ein Candle-Light-Dinner in der Orangerie. Etwas gehobenes Ambiente. Das Essen und auch der Service ließen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Danke für den netten Abend. Im Wellnessbereich hatten wir eine Aromaölmassage 65 min lange vor unserer Anreise gebucht. Die war auch super entspannend und ist zu empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind alle sehr freundlich. Da hatten wir nun auch unser „Geschenk“ erwartet, dass uns im Angebot aus dem SPA Bereich überreicht werden sollte. Das erhielten wir dann allerdings erst auf Rückfrage und Klärung. Es gibt einen Pool im Wellnessbereich, Saunen, einen Fitnessraum. Also kann man auch bei schlechtem Wetter sinnvoll seine Zeit im Urlaub verbringen :o) Begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten sind hinter dem Hotel für 12 Euro/ÜN. Die Ostsee ist eigentlich „gleich vor der Tür“. Nur über die Straße und man ist in 2 min auf der Promenade mit weitem Blick über das Ufer der Ostsee. Das ist eine super Lage. Fazit ist. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt doch sehr entspannt. Und wenn man einen „Taler“ mehr überhat, kann man das wohl mal machen.

We booked on arrival, the price was cheap and allowed us to stay for days with out stress, went across the road bought small grocery to eat inside our room that had a kitchenette with a toaster, pans,pots...everything we needed including a single plate stove. White clean towels, clean pillows and bedding. I will stay here again lots of places to visit were ten min drive away and a big shopping center a walking distance!
