Super hotel, nuevo y moderno en el centro de Roma! El trato excelente y cerca de la estación de trenes

Great staff, service and location. I feel safe even after accidentally left my mobile phone and cash in the hotel room. The cleaning staff did not touch them at all. I enjoyed the food and drink at the hotel cafe as well, a cafe latte and an espresso at the end of breakfast is a must!

糾結蠻久看評價一般，最終還是預訂，覺得不錯～服務和位置都不錯 去哪裡經典基本步行15-20分鐘 樓下對面就是maxmara 沒有説的周邊很亂 衹是房間窗户並不是觀景房 對着內側管道 雖小但佈局合理總體不錯 旁邊有家樂福，出門左轉大馬路還有一家超市（退房那天才發現）

房間乾淨整潔，衞生間條件不錯，面積適中，酒店位居市中心主幹道十字交叉路口，離周邊的主要景點都非常近，服務人員的態度非常好。

Ein durchschnittliches Hotel in jeder Hinsicht auf 3-Stern-Niveau. Überwiegend sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück mittelmässig- Kaffee gut. Lage zentral, aber Niemand in Rom kennt es. Nicht mal die Polizisten, die man 100m entfernt nach dem Weg fragt.

Acabo de volver de estar alojada durante 3 noches con mi pareja en este hotel. La valoración general es muy buena. La ubicación nos pareció que estaba muy bien, a unos 15 min andando de todo. Tiene un metro cerca y varios supermercados al lado. El personal del hotel encantador! Intentaban por hablar español y siempre con una sonrisa. La habitación era la superior y estaba bastante bien, era modernita. Tenía un pequeño balcón, cama de matrimonio, era amplia, caja fuerte... La ducha está fuera del baño. Nosotros no hicimos uso del desayuno. Si volvemos a Roma podría ser perfectamente una opción para volvernos a alojar.

Excelente Hotel, cómodo, cerca de Termini, tranquilo, buen desayuno. atendieron un pedido especial que les hice por mail. Lamentablemente nos hicieron esperar 5 horas para tomar la habitación sin tener en cuenta, que veníamos de un vuelo de 14 horas, pero bueno, fuimos a conocer Roma, aunque en realidad nos hubiera gustado descansar un poco antes de hacerlo. Yo comprendo que hay que entender que el horario del check in es a las 14 horas pero tendrían que tener en consideración algunas cosas( como los viajes tan largos que tenemos algunas personas y tener ya alguna habitación lista para esos casos)

Hotel bien situado muy cerca de Termini, metro a pocos metros. Buena relación calidad-precio. Atención muy buena. Desayuno correcto aunque quizá algo escaso de variedad. Habitaciones correctas aunque un poco pequeñas.

Hotel super nuevo, muy limpio. Atención excelente. Habitaciones más que suficiente para visitar Roma. Cama cómoda, lavabo con todo lo necesario. Ducha enorme. Muy bien insonorizada. Situación perfecta para visitar la ciudad a pie. Sólo tuvimos que coger el metro para ir al Vaticano. Cerca de la estación de tren, Fontana di Trevi, Coliseo. Si volvemos, repetimos

Cena de Nochevieja 2024 platos terribles para todos los menús, pescado o carne, postre, trozo de pandoro llevado a la mesa, previa petición, 1 de la madrugada, menú incompleto, elección de lugar incorrecta y no recomendada. Mala experiencia al precio de 110 euros.

We loved our stay at this hotel for many reasons. It is centrally located and allowed us to get to the main attractions easily. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms excellent. The reception staff including Omar and Rida were excellent and very helpful. The restaurant was where we ate almost all our meals, breakfast and dinner, sometimes lunch. The team is headed by Angelo, and staffed by Ahmed and Alessia, who were all super and very friendly. We were given helpful suggestions for meals and drinks. The food is of very good quality. Everyone made us feel special which made our visit truly memorable. We recommend this hotel highly to anyone who is thinking of visiting Rome. Minoti, Malay and Joeyta Dutta.

I am 6 months pregnant, went inside and asked politely to buy a drink in their hotel cafe to be able to use a restroom, but was twice denied - once, politely by a young girl from the reception who said that “it is not possible because I might be sick” and secondly less politely by older man who told me where I can go and look for a public toilet. I have been to many places, many hotels, and have never experienced something like that. I felt like a person with leprosy not with pregnancy. With this attitude towards client, especially women, especially pregnant women, I cannot imagine what is their level of customer service . I would never recommend this hotel and this chain of hotels to anyone.

I recently stayed at the Mercure Centro Roma Termini from November 4-8, 2024, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected as a Gold member with Accor. I’ve stayed at several Accor properties before and have always enjoyed the perks and recognition that come with my loyalty status, but this stay left me feeling like just another guest. To start, despite notifying the hotel of my early arrival time, I had to wait until the official check-in time to get access to my room, which felt unnecessary and inconsiderate. This lack of flexibility was the first sign that my expectations were not going to be met. There was also no recognition of my Gold status upon check-in—no room upgrade, no welcome drink, nothing. I even went out of my way to recommend this hotel to a couple of friends who were traveling with me, based on my previous positive experiences with Accor. Unfortunately, I now regret that decision. They too were underwhelmed by the lack of perks and attention given to loyal members like ourselves. When I asked about the missing benefits, the staff were dismissive and offered no real explanation. It was disheartening to see that a brand that prides itself on customer loyalty would treat its members this way. The room itself was fine, but certainly not impressive enough to make up for the disappointing service and lack of personalized attention. As a loyal Accor member, I expect more, and sadly, Mercure Centro Roma Termini fell short. For anyone considering this property, especially if you're a loyal member, I’d recommend managing your expectations. This stay was a letdown, and I’m now questioning whether I’ll continue to stay at Accor hotels in the future.

All the staff were lovely and accommodating, answering any questions we had and happy to help. The room was lovely with a view over the street next to us. Great location, walking distance to all the big attractions with amenities near by. Met all the managers who were super friendly and enjoyed the food in the restaurant!
