Palazzo de Cupis - Suites and View

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Palazzo De Cupis, Andrea is a lovely and kind host from the check in carring our luggage from downstairs to the checkout running after us in the street to bring us the forgotten Iphone in the suite. Besides Andrea was always ready to arrange for us restaurant reservations and hop on hop off bus and show us how and where to go to not miss any hotspot of Rome. The view from the balcony is epic , you could sit the whole day watching this wonderfull plaza Navona where everything is happening right in the heart of Rome and where else would stay in Rome if not here ? I recommend to anyone of you this Palazzo with an excellent service and location Arrivederci

Great location - small space, awkward entrance, friendly host. You can hear the other guests / thin walls. Nice breakfast and service is good. You’re paying for location - cool balcony overlooking Piazza Navona. I’ve stayed at nicer hotel here before - twice the cost but much nicer. Probably will not stay here again unless only option.

There are three apartments, and we had the junior suite. This was a large room with separate bathroom which was also a good size. The view was fantastic, open double doors with small balcony right overlooking the Piazza Navona. We were here for a week and most days we would sit on the balcony or inside the doors watching and listening to the activity in the piazza. It was delightful. Soft drinks in the fridge were replenished each day without charge but we had to pay for beer and wine. Only criticism was that water strength in the shower could have been stronger. Also limited English channels in the TV. Location is also perfect. No metros nearby but 20 min walk to St Peters, 10 min to Castel St Angelo, 7 min to Panteon, 17 min to Spanish Steps, 30 min to Colosseum, 20 min to Trastevere. Lots of restaurants and bars in the streets around. Not all of them so good but staff provided a list of those they recommended. Would definitely stay here again.

The building has a discreet entrance to the rear of Piazza Navona. Entrance by buzzer and then the room card then allows access. Escorted up to the first floor by Andrea who couldn’t do enough for us and recommended restaurants away from the tourist traps. Check in was sift and we were shown to our room with an amazing balcony overlooking Piazza Navona. Bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in, room is lovely and has every amenity. The mini bar soft drinks are free and the alcohol very reasonable priced. Continental breakfast is delivered at your time of choice including freshly baked pastries. Lovely. We’ve got one more night here and would definately return. There aren’t staff in the residence 24/7 but available by WhatsApp and quickly respond.

From the beginning of booking until the end of our stay Valentina at Palazzo de Cupis was wonderful.She patiently answered all of our questions via email promptly.She helped us find wonderful restaurants, arranged early morning taxi pickups for us and when one of our places cancelled she helped me book an extra night at the hotel. We could not have asked for a better experience to start our Italy trip. Grazie Mille Valentina and Palazzo De Cupis!

Valentina was a great hostess always happy to help and made the best expresso for breakfast. Comfortable room with a view over the Piazzo Navona. Location excellent and able to walk to all major tourist sites and spoilt for choice with restaurants close by.

My daughter and I have just spent four lovely nights at the amazing accommodation Palazzo De Cupis Suites & View overlooking Piazza Navona in the centre of Rome. From the minute we arrived at Palazzo De Cupis Suites the lovely Valentina welcomed us and was so attentive when needed but very discreet. She was most helpful with information regarding places to eat during our visit. Our suite was large with two very comfortable twin beds ( that can be made into a double if needed) A lovely and plentiful and varied continental breakfast with freshly prepared coffee was brought to our room by Valentina each morning at a time of our choosing which was perfect. It was great being able to sit on our balcony where there was never a dull moment watching everything that was going on in Piazza Navona. Each day on our return from sightseeing the lovely housekeeping lady had tidied and prepared our room for our return. We have already mentioned to Valentina that my daughter and her partner and another couple wish to book two suites next year at Palazzo De Cupis. Valentina has been extremely helpful regarding this.
