CLEANER STOLE MY APPLE WATCH FROM THE ROOM. When I approached the staff about it they just ignored any possibility that it could have been the cleaner as they were the only person in the room when the watch went missing. Nobody pointed out any safes in the room. Absolutely shocking treatment from the staff. Nobody expects to go on holiday and lose valuable items and then nothing be done about it. That’s me out of £500 and they have done nothing about it. Shocking. DO NOT STAY, CANNOT TRUST THE SECURITY OF YOUR ITEMS!

This place was so overpriced compared to the zero service we got. Room was extremely small barely fit a bed, they provided wifi password that doesn’t work.
Room was full of mosquitoes.
We have been told via text that reception closes at 2 but i tried to call the hotel so many times before 1 and no one cared to answer.

Just a 2 night stay at this hotel and it was perfect for what we wanted, the staff couldn’t be more helpful and welcoming. It was very clean and house keeping was in every day with clean bedding and towels. Location was good in a quieter area but still close enough to everything and still lots of stuff around the hotel. Taxis there were plenty and we also used the bus and metro to go to the beach which was absolutely beautiful the lido. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an apartment converted into three or four hotel rooms. Each have an independent bathroom. The property manager is lovely and very responsive. But if you're expecting a hotel room this is not it, the building is a private apartment building and there are no amenities.

When I arrived, my room wasn’t ready so I was told to use the restroom at the nearby restaurant instead of the hotel itself. Prior to that, it was very hard for me to get my luggage down the cobblestone walkway to the locked steel gate door. It is a 3-4 part process to get in the building. The Shuttle is public transportation not hotel van.

They left us standing on the side of the road for 3 hours at check in. They would not answer the doorbell, the phone number or messages. We ended up needing to pay for alternate accomodation at the last minute and drag our suitcases through the city. We also had to cancel our plans for the day and it was overall just awful. When we did speak to them they were so so rude and basically told us they did not give a fudge. This is the worst accomodation I have ever dealt with.

We stayed two nights. It is very central, it is very new. The bed is comfortable and everything is clean. The person in charge was during the whole stay available on whatsapp and made sure we felt home. thank you! we appreciate

Very friendly,very clean and comfortable rooms.Was my 2nd time there yesterday and I think when I go back to Rome I stay there again for sure. Close to the center in a quiet area I’m sure you really enjoy staying there.

When booking the hotel through **********, the site said parking was an included amenity, which is the main reason I chose the hotel. Unfortunately, this was not the case and we accidentally parked in an are we thought was legal. Our car was towed and we spent a lot of time and money dealing with getting it back.
