Me pregunté si podía vestirme primero porque nadie me dijo el momento de checkout cuando me ingresé y me dijo que me daría diez minutos para salir. 3 minutos más tarde, se puso de vuelta y me lloró para salir. Llamé y hablé con el administrador de la propiedad esta mañana y están quedando que no importa si el tubo de metá en la habitación era mío o no, que todavía estoy prohibido de quedarme allí otra vez. No recomiendo quedarme allí nunca!!!! El peor servicio al cliente en cualquier momento!!!!!

I have been staying in HIE's for many years. I have seen bad ones, ho hum ones and excellent ones, this one is the latter. I had checked in online prior to arrival so when I walked in the door everything was already done. The super polite gentlemen at the desk acknowledged my loyalty status, thanked me several times, mentioned extra loyalty points, gave me a modest gift, offered excellent dinner recommendations and made check in painless. I had a special request which he quickly accommodated with ease. Our room was the perfect example of what my profile requests, clean, quiet and comfy. Breakfast was typical but tasty, the breakfast area was spotless and well stocked. The location is convenient to I5 or heading down to the coast depending on your next destination. A day after our stay I got a survey asking how they did, always a nice touch. Overall this is as good as any HIE I have stayed in, they set the bar high for other HIE's to strive for.
