Very good location, just in front of the seaside. Very clean and modern room, helpful staff. In overall perfect place to stay in Rize.

Worst hotel ive stayed in. No ventilation in bathroom (No window or extractor fan) leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using the loo. Staff funny when you leave hotel to eat or drink out. A little two faced. I could go on but im not going to waste any more time. I have honestly never been anywhere and met such rude two faced staff

A very nice hotel with spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff. We arrived earlier, but got to the rooms as soon as they were cleaned. Good breakfast with a nice seaview. The rooms are cleaned every day. Perfect location. Really recommend it.

The hotel was like new, comfortable and attractive. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The man who gave us a hearty welcome when we arrived spoke English, giving advice in the restaurant and answering our other questions. The front desk called for a taxi and were quite friendly as well.

The front desk staff were excellent. One of them showed us where to grab dinner on his way home after his shift ended. It was a little noisy but expected in the location.

الفندق نظيف وجميل الموقع ممتاز قريب من مجمع ريزة والسوق الشعبي يعيبه الاصنصيل ضيق بالكاد يكفي شخص وحقيبه والمواقف للسيارة صعبه

İğrenç derecede kirli olan korkunç bir oteldeydim (Erdem Pansiyon) ve gece geç saatte varır varmaz taşınmak zorunda kaldım. Saat neredeyse gece 2 olmasına rağmen, Şimal Otel hemen son dakikada bir oda ayırtmama izin verdi ve inanılmazdı. Son derece temiz ve her gün temizlenmiş, harika duş ve genel olarak güzel oda, klima ve nazik personel. Hiçbir sorun yoktu ve kesinlikle tavsiye ederim! Düşük bütçeli fiyat aralığımın biraz dışında olmasına rağmen, buna değdi ve hala diğer otellerden daha ucuzdu. Hatta check-out yaptıktan sonra sırt çantamı birkaç saatliğine resepsiyonda bırakmama izin verdiler. Kötü bir durumdan kurtulmama yardımcı oldukları ve yüksek kaliteli konaklama için otele çok minnettarım. Rize'ye geliyorsanız burada kalmalısınız! :)
