Warwick Al Khobar es un hotel de suites en pleno centro de la ciudad. No hay estacionamiento valet. El estacionamiento al aire libre está situado a 50 metros del hotel que tenía mucho basura cuando estaba allí (la mañana siguiente estaba limpio). No había campanario disponible cuando me inspeccioné. El lobby de tamaño medio era agradable, un poco oscuro y bien decorado. Hay una piscina de tamaño medio al aire libre (horas de funcionamiento) justo fuera del salón Sheesha. Inspeccionar era rápido y profesional. La habitación era de gran tamaño con camas cómodas y salidas de carga cerca de la cama. El baño no tenía ducha de lluvia, pero tenía grandes toallas fluffy y buena calidad. La habitación era muy buena, pero la habitación era muy buena. Warwick Khobar es un hotel de 5 * pero no ofrece la experiencia de 5 * que espero de este calibre del hotel. No hay servicio valet, parking sucio, servicio de campanario limitado y desayuno medio. Una experiencia decente 4* pero definitivamente no 5* en mi opinión.

La recepción me dijo que te daría una habitación que te mantuviera satisfecha. 305, cuando subí a la escalera, descubrí que la habitación estaba con el ascensor, cuando pensé que había terminado, abrió la puerta y me sorprendió. La habitación era muy luxuosa, pensé que estaba super marcada, Vea mi reserva y me gusta. La habitación está separada dentro y fuera, el saloon es grande y la puerta está separada. ¡La sala interior está completa! Feliz viaje de entrada.

Este es un hotel nuevo y pasé una noche aquí. Me encantan hoteles donde el personal no se molesta a los huéspedes. La habitación era muy agradable, con más que suficientes toallas en el baño y mucha agua caliente. La habitación era muy buena, el Wi-Fi gratuito funcionaba muy bien. Estaba muy tranquilo sin niños altos que correban las salas. El estacionamiento parecía limitado.

I have been regularly visiting Khobar for business since early 2022 including some extended stays (15-20 days) and all my bookings were made with Staybridge Suites to the point I became an IHG Gold status member. At early stages, the service and facilities were quite good and I was quite happy with the styling, room furniture, staff and environment in general; however, during my last 3 trips (during 2023 and 2024), my perception has changed to negative. - The room service is not as it used to be (missing to change towels/ amenities). - The furniture condition is becoming worse and in some case quite smelly!! - The room smells bad. - Since I stay in different rooms every time, I noticed that some rooms suffer from high noises from either kitchen equipment and / or air conditioning units. Also, external noises (maybe from the elevator area). Although, the hotel still maintain some positive points; however, the scale is tipping towards the negative side. Frankly, I am considering alternatives for my next visit.

Stayed in this Grand Hyatt property in late January for a few nights. Overall, the service is great!! 1) The property treats Globalist well and I do appreciate that the property upgraded my reservation to a one-bedroom residence that is extremely nice. 2) The food and beverage experience of their main restaurant at the lobby level is great. I did have a buffet dinner one night and a lunch with selection from a la carte menu. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the food is great. 3) The property does have a Grand Club at the 11/F and it serves beverage all day and evening snacks during the evening. The snacks are quite good from my point of view. 4) The gym has separate entrances to males and females. For the male-only gym, the equipments are sufficient for me to do a great workout with kettlebells, dumbbells, and pull-up bar. 5) There is a spa inside the male-only gym. I did try an 1-hour hot stone massage that I felt great and relaxed after the service, and it worth the price. 6) The hotel has a direct access to a big shopping mall in which there is a CarreFour Hypermarket. 7) The hotel is about 45-minutes Uber ride away from the King Fahd International Airport (DMM).

Warwick Al Khobar es un hotel de suites en pleno centro de la ciudad. No hay estacionamiento valet. El estacionamiento al aire libre está situado a 50 metros del hotel que tenía mucho basura cuando estaba allí (la mañana siguiente estaba limpio). No había campanario disponible cuando me inspeccioné. El lobby de tamaño medio era agradable, un poco oscuro y bien decorado. Hay una piscina de tamaño medio al aire libre (horas de funcionamiento) justo fuera del salón Sheesha. Inspeccionar era rápido y profesional. La habitación era de gran tamaño con camas cómodas y salidas de carga cerca de la cama. El baño no tenía ducha de lluvia, pero tenía grandes toallas fluffy y buena calidad. La habitación era muy buena, pero la habitación era muy buena. Warwick Khobar es un hotel de 5 * pero no ofrece la experiencia de 5 * que espero de este calibre del hotel. No hay servicio valet, parking sucio, servicio de campanario limitado y desayuno medio. Una experiencia decente 4* pero definitivamente no 5* en mi opinión.

However it is a very nice looking hotel, the housekeeping could be improved. The shower had black dirty corners, also the hose was too short and due to this I had to bend down to wash my hair. I stayed 5 nights and on two last days I had to ask for clean towels since housekeeping had forgotten to put them there one night and on the second instance they came after 20.00 hrs!!

It was a wonderful stay here. Nice rooms. Good staff. Nice food. We were offering some training courses over successive weeks. The training place and facilities were very good. Breakfast and lunch were lovely. I was there for two weeks with a bunch of colleagues and the access to the executive gym to debrief and relax together after training was good. Ted and his colleague were always very welcoming and happy to have a conversation. I have used the gym once and one of my colleagues has used it more.

El hotel es acogedor, limpio con personal amigable. Situado muy central y cerca del Mall Daharan. Las habitaciones son limpias y elegantes. El desayuno fue genial. La más sorprendente es tener Starbucks en el hotel que me sirvió mi café favorito. Recomiendo que sea un destino favorito.
