Expensive for what it is Decent hotel but should cost half the price considering the room size and overall facility.

room attendant，restaurant workers and Concierge are very nice and very friendly.room is clean ,but too small, old facility, bed quilt is too thick and too heave. Not recommended

Room is good, clean sheets and pillowcases, service in restaurants is good, breakfast and dinner buffet has a good variety of offerings, everything seems clean and well maintained. Expat staff are friendly and helpful, and can communicate in English or Urdu.

However, the TV quality was poor, and the mini-fridge wasn't working. The room was also quite small for the price, and the noise from nearby construction was disruptive due to poor sound insulation." Staff and Service: "The staff, particularly at reception, were not friendly or welcoming. They lacked basic professionalism and displayed poor attitudes. Surprisingly, the housekeeper was much more pleasant and helpful. This inconsistency in service was noticeable and disappointing." Overall: "While the hotel's location is excellent, with numerous restaurants and shops nearby, the negative aspects of my stay outweighed the positives. The high price for a small, poorly equipped room, combined with the unprofessional behavior of the reception staff, made for a less than satisfactory experience.
