"Beautiful hotel in an incredible setting. The views, spa area, and overall atmosphere are truly relaxing, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very comfortable. The bar keeper is great and a great improvement. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that the breakfast and dinner options started to feel a bit repetitive, and the quality of the dessert and main course ( meat) does not match the standard expected for a hotel at this price level. Also waiters at breakfast seemed rushed. compared to last times it got worse e.g. the entrecôte was hard, the lamb etc. Nothing major, but just a few small details that could make the experience even better. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it for a peaceful getaway in the Dolomites."

"Si me preguntas cómo es el Hotel Unterinnerhof, solo puedo decir que fue inesperadamente fantástico. Pasé las vacaciones de Año Nuevo de tres días más agradables de mi vida aquí con mis amigos. El hotel está enclavado en un tranquilo valle rodeado de montañas. Llegamos un poco antes del mediodía del 31 y el dueño nos recibió cálidamente y nos ayudó a llevar nuestras pesadas maletas a la habitación. Al poder registrarnos temprano, pudimos relajarnos por la tarde. La cama era muy cómoda y las mantas ligeras pero abrigadas. La habitación tenía calefacción y televisión, además de vasos desechables de papel y champú. El agua caliente estaba perfectamente caliente. En cuanto a la comida, ¡fue lo mejor! Solo comimos pizza la primera noche porque vi que muchas reseñas de Google la recomendaban, y sí, estaba deliciosa. ¡Pero recomiendo encarecidamente la pasta! Fue la mejor pasta que he probado en mi vida, ya fueran mis Maccheroni Alla Pastora o los Spaghetti Alla Amatrichana de mi amigo. Finalmente, pedimos la carne y las patatas asadas de la siguiente página del menú, que también estaban deliciosas. Además, el dueño nos ofreció bebidas de cortesía en el bar varias veces, lo cual me pareció increíblemente amable. El último día, incluso nos regalaron una botella de vino; quedamos muy agradecidos. Como reservé este hotel a través de una aplicación china, no puedo escribir esta reseña en otro lugar, así que la escribo aquí. Si estás leyendo esto, ¿a qué esperas? ¡Reserva este hotel ya!"

Recibimos una atención impecable, el estado del hotel es muy bueno, con ambientación y decoración regional. El restaurant y su comida excelente, la ubicación y sus vistas inmejorables! Gran atención por parte de Alois y su familia! 5 estrellas en todo!"

"I arrived with my wife from a very sticky Verona by car, feeling fairly depleted, and rather like Hans Castorp arriving on The Magic Mountain. And sure enough we were welcomed with a drink by Klaus, the owner/proprietor, and I began to feel waves of wellness float over me immediately. The hotel is quite unique. It is family run and has a very personal, understated quality about it. The surroundings are incredibly beautiful. From the dining terrace one sits looking over the small lake to a vista of rather gothic mountains in the distance. The food is delicious, wholesome and excellent. Accompanied by a generous buffet for those who wish to supplement it. And, of course, the superb wines of Alto Adige. The staff are charming and efficient. The bedrooms spacious and comfortable. Plus one gets the Ritten Card - for free transport on trains and cable cars to all the many local resorts and attractions. At the end of our week I was refreshed, renovated and raring to go. What more can I say? We shall be back!"
