The Hosteller Rishikesh, Upper Tapovan

I’ve been staying in hostels for the past 5yrs across INDIA, but I’ve never come across one as luxurious and affordable as The Hosteller. The bathrooms and dorms are spotless and well-kept, and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The vibe is warm and inviting, and the food at the café is delicious, adding to the overall experience. If you’re looking for a memorable stay, I highly recommend this hostel. It truly stands out from all the others I’ve stayed at, and you won’t be disappointed!

I had a great experience with hosteller upper tapovan rishikesh Staff is very Humble and helpful Rooms are very clean with Good atmosphere couple friendly. Room service are very Good their activities especially karaoke night ,ganga Aarti,and sunset point are very beautiful and amazing

The bathrooms and dorms are exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the view from the balcony is simply breathtaking. The staff is incredibly supportive and friendly, making you feel right at home. The atmosphere is inviting, and the food at the café is delightful, adding to the overall experience. If you’re looking for a memorable stay, I highly recommend giving this hostel a try. It truly stands out among the many I’ve visited, and you won’t be disappointed!

Highly irresponsible and insensitive behavior! Not at all customer friendly. I canceled my booking for 29th June 2024 because my flight to Delhi was cancelled at last minute on 28th June 2024 (due to operational reasons in Delhi airport ). I also shared the screenshot of flight cancellation and requested for refund. 1. I tried reaching via call 15-20 times to the property owner requesting for cancellation and refund. But the phone was switched off. 2. After writing several emails to them, I got a few times response over email(they didn't bother to switch on the phone and discuss) that according to their booking voucher they can't cancel/refund the amount due to policy constraints. 3. They absolved themselves of all responsibility and kept repeating booking was done via makemytrip and hence it is their(makemytrip)responsibility to cancel and process refund. In case of natural calamities, flight cancellation, medical emergency, etc, refund should be done. I would never recommend Hosteller to anybody because of this incident and behavior.

So funky . Love it. All the facilities is overwhelming and so good. Bunk beds are spacious. Blankets are provided. Free Wi-Fi. Common washroom facilities are great. Common room has so many activities. There’s no chaos anywhere. All in all a very pleasant stay

Had a great stay at the hostel! Awesome atmosphere, clean facilities, friendly staff. Highly recommend! Easy check in/check out.
