Excelente todo el servicio del hotel recomendable..!! La atención increíble Patricia la masajista la mejor! Mil gracias hotel club House! Volveremos a repetir el año siguiente junto a nuestros hijos y nietas!!! Estamos felices ..

LA PARTE NEGATIVA: Abbiamo riscontrato alcuni problemi con il riscaldamento in camera e con la persiana che non si chiudeva correttamente, così abbiamo chiamato in reception!. La ragazza della reception che ci ha risposto era disponibile e provava a trovare una soluzione ai nostri problemi, ma in sottofondo si sentiva una sua collega che si lamentava delle nostre richieste; cit. “QUESTI RAGAZZI VOGLIONO MORIRE IN QUELLA STANZA DI CALDO?!” e altri commenti spiacevoli, che hanno messo in difficoltà sia noi che la ragazza che aveva risposto al telefono. La loro soluzione finale è stata quella di portarci una coperta. Il giorno dopo l’accaduto la donna delle pulizie non ci ha sistemato la stanza e abbiamo dovuto nuovamente richiamare la reception. Sulla struttura e bellezza del hotel non abbiamo niente da ridire, ma per questo riguarda il personale, dovrebbero migliorare la loro gestione nel cercare di risolvere i problemi dei clienti. Siamo rimasti delusi. LA PARTE POSITIVA: Del Hotel c’è piaciuta la vista che avevamo dal nostro balcone privato, vista mare. Abbiamo trovato stupenda la stanza con i suoi numerosi specchi. Il bagno con la vasca era molto bello. Il buffet della colazione era quasi eccellente, variegato e abbondante. La cameriera (Andrea) addetta alle colazione, collocata quindi al buffet, è stata con noi una persona educata, efficiente e pronta a soddisfare le nostre esigenze.

Un lugar donde te vas con energías positivas, hermoso hotel, con todo el lujo, donde la atención es espectacular y contagian la buena onda... super recomendable. Volvería en familia, con amigos, o en pareja.

Amazing ! Staff and hotel are top of their game amazing location .., breakfast was lovely lovely pool and beach opposite fab Get the towels and bag it’s lovely the staff here are amazing it’s our fourth stay would not go anywhere else

Right on the front row so some nice sunrises to see, if you have a room with a sea view. The breakfasts are very good with everything people could possibly want. The parking is extremely expensive at €40 per day or part of a day, I had previously been told it was €30. There is a public car park just up the road though at about €20 per whole day or less. People need to realise that this part of Rimini is a busy seaside town and it is busy and noisy at night. And that is fine if you enjoy nightlife especially the Bounty pub next door with its live music. Our sea view balcony over looked the Bounty so we had good entertainment every night, we enjoyed that! The rooms are clean and well equipped and the Hotel is one of the better ones on the Rimini ***** so expect to pay for it… I think it is worth it.

Definitely a beach venue which would be excellent (I’d imagine) in the summer. Room was really nice, great sized terrace with furniture and sun blinds to keep the room cool. Breakfast was really pleasant and staff in restaurant were friendly- would imagine it could get very busy during high seasons but I was travelling over December so didn’t worry. Room rate was very good for a hotel like this as I visited in off season. Reception staff largely disinterested and almost seemed to resent working at this time of the year so can only imagine their attitude when there were lots of guests!! Close enough to walk to city’s metro system which got me to bus for San Marino and train station as well. Would stay again.

Very nice hotel. Stayed in a clean and comfortable sea view facing deluxe room. Bathroom very spacious. Pool slightly on small side but very nice to sit around. Plenty of restaurants nearby and close to bus stop which takes you to the train station in one direction and Riccione in the other.

The best thing I can say about this hotel is that they offered a full refund so we could leave and go somewhere much nicer. When we arrived we went to the room, to enjoy a cup of tea on the balcony. But this wasn’t possible as there was construction work taking place next door and also along the entire boardwalk outside the hotel on the beach front. Over 20 work men outside using a variety of different plant machines. When I explained to reception there was no note of construction taking place on the hotel website. She snapped and said people don’t come here for the quiet! They come for the nightlife! I said I didn’t come for that, plus that’s a personal choice. We should be given the choice whether we want to stay in the middle of a construction site whilst we’re away on holiday. Obviously if this information was readily available we wouldn’t have booked to stay in Rimini at all, there’s constructions works everywhere. The hotel is listed as sea front, however with all the construction there is no access to the beach from the hotels you have to walk out of the hotel and down the street to get anywhere near beach access. I’m glad we decided to leave Rimini to stay in Pesaro, soo much nicer! Staff at the hotel were rude
