Dejaré mi calificación aquí en español para los futuros huéspedes latinos.
Fue un placer estar 2 dias en éste hermoso hotel. Todo fue fácil y excelente 👌. Hice mi reservacion por ******* y fue suoer fácil. Las instalaciones estan en excelente estado y todo limpio y con grand espacio tuvimos un cuarto con 2 camas full y suficiente espacio para 2 adultos y 2 niños..
•• El desayuno esta muy bien solo que estaria mejor que hubiera un poco de mas variedad en desayunos.
El hotel esta super cerca de los parques para salir a caminar y las hot tub Spring . Super bien nos encanto estar en las tub.. tuvimos la fortuna de encontrar a un excelente precio los dias de estar ahi..
Gracias por todo. Regresaremos en el vereno 👍👍

I can not believe you close the hot tub pools at 9pm! That is way too early - 10 maybe (but the hot tubs that stay open all night are the best)! Also, the front desk girl came out at 8:30 pm to tell us that we needed to prepare to get out in 1/2 hour. She said the pools were too hot (so the next morning she made sure they were all cooler, even though everyone told her that they liked them how they were - hot - like hot springs should be). In the morning all of the pools were about 100° - colder than I like my baths). I had to go to another hot springs to actually soak in some hot waters so I was not happy. I went there for the hot springs!

Love this place. The mineral springs on the hillside are easily accessible. No crowd this time of year so tubs were always available.
The downtown is an easy walk from the lodge.

Awesome place with great hot springs. Conveniently located to walk into town or hop straight onto the Perimeter Trail. Will definitely stay again.

I checked out online for 11am the night before departure, but I had housekeeping knock and try to enter the room 3 separate times before checking out!! Communication with housekeeping may be necessary!

We were not fans of the electronic check in. It was cumbersome and not efficient. After that process was complete, we still needed to sign forms, etc for the use of the tubs. Seems like other properties have a smoother process. Finally after the check in process and text response showing our room number the keys were for another room!!! Staff at the front desk acted as though we were incompetent. Room was average nthe hotel has declined since our last stay from years past. The room.was clean and bed comfortable.

The motel was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is noisy so as soon as people near you start to get up and around everyone is up. Front desk staff were adequate but not welcoming. Breakfast on Sunday was a Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich and it seemed they were low on stock or stingy with stuff. Hot tubs were nice but we wished they supplied robes since it was chilly.
