La habitación estaba en muy malas condiciones. Las cortinas, los muebles, las lámparas, el colchón, las alfombras... Absolutamente todo estaba muy deteriorado y viejo. Lo peor es que me piden $100 de depósito por cualquier daño ocasionado y la habitación estaba dañada.

Absolutely god awful area, dirty with people wandering around the property making me feel unsafe and super noisy. Horrible dirty room, I checked in and left 3 hours later. They refused a refund stating they were “ fully renovated”. Absolute bull.

There were guests arguing terribly loud and then started fighting physically. The screaming could be heard thru the entire place and management did nothing. The place was outdated and falling apart. The sheets had stains on them so I had to go request new ones. I will never use this place again nor recommend it to anyone.

These are like apar**ents. There are no elevators so you will have to be climbing stairs to get to the room (not in descriptions) . When it says two beds they are in two different floors. Believe me when I say the room was filthy. There were other peoples belongings still in the room and bugs in the bed.

The unit is a good concept, a studio with appliances, dishes, and plenty of room. Execution was lacking. The decor was fun, and the furnishings were clean and nice. But in the kitchen, the refrigerator was banged up and rusty on the outside and the microwave was greasy on the outside and disgusting to touch. In the bathroom, there was nothing covering the nail ***** that held the carpeting down, and I stepped on it twice, which is not fun when you have bare feet and get a nail in your foot. The walls needed painting. There was no icemaker in the refrigerator and no icemaker on site so you had no ice for your drinks. There was no hot breakfast at the location and the Takeaway brown bag. Breakfast was just OK. The coffee was really good.
With just a little effort, this could be a really good concept just go through and fix a few things and make it really nice clean it up fix it up! I don’t want to step on nails or touch greasy spots.

Roach problem. Place smelled like cigarettes smoke. Fringe waa rusted out and wobbly. Air conditioning did not work. Trash on the floor. Trash everywhere outside. Lobby had a strange smell
