THe hotel supposedly dates back to the 16th century making it not just Ribe’s oldest, but probably one of the oldest in Scandinavia! SO you get to stay and sleep in a piece of history. And every nook and corner of the hotel oozes historic character - from murals and paintings to timber and writings. They even offered free Coffee, that you could help yourself to all day long, from a machine in the lobby. LOCATION: Fantastic location right in the main square in front of the stunning cathedral DINE + DRINK: Excellent Restaurant with an outdoor terrace almost hugging the Cathedral and the main square. ROOM: I stayed in Room 103, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Sweet view of the half-timbered houses and the street; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: No Aircon but the room was cool enough; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand in shower that was quite small; TOILETRIES: Good cosmetics. FACILITIES: No Gym or Pool, just pure Viking Village chill! SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout out to the restaurant staff who helped with all my special requirements HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high-speed Wi-Fi (around 75 Mbps) that works well all over the property. Nos quedamos en una habitación de Comodoro. Si usted piensa en reservar una, no le recomiendo. Es pequeña. El baño es similar a un baño de avión con una ducha encerrada. Estaba aquí por 1 noche. Viví en Esbjerg para ver el fútbol en la Superliga danesa. Viajé en tren desde el aeropuerto de Copenhague a Esbjerg con un cambio en Odense. El hotel está a unos 10 minutos a pie de la estación de trenes y el centro de la ciudad. El receptor era muy amable y feliz. Cuando me fui del hotel, la recepción estaba vacía y tuve que esperar. No fue un problema, pero si el hotel pudiera tener un botón de llamada no ayudaría a terminar. Me llevó unos 45 minutos a caminar al estadio de fútbol y a la vuelta, que está en la orilla de la ciudad. Después del juego fui a un bar local llamado Little London. Fue a 5 minutos a pie del Hotel Brittania abajo en la base. Fue un gran hallazgo.

Un hotel muy nuevo, con un sentido de arte, me quedo aquí dos veces en invierno y verano, mirando la escena de nieve en el balcón, ver el sol en verano, experimentando el tiempo tranquilo

Las habitaciones no son las más grandes, pero todo lo que necesitas está en el cuarto de baño, pero no hay espacio para colocar tus bolsas de baño, el buffet es agradable y tienes una gran opción. El hotel también tiene un lugar donde puede jugar billar, pingpong o fútbol de mesa. Perfecto, por lo que si quiere hacer algo tranquilo.

The guesthouse location was easily accessible, workers were very helpful and friendly. I was only disappointed with the breakfast location which was different from were we were staying. This means driving every morning for breakfast! It's a very nice place fir sport lovers.
