O, la, la. What to say about this wonderful hotel? First of all, we booked a room with a side sea view, and they give us a room with a sea view. The room was a small, but we have everything that we needed. Everything was very clean, and the lady who cleaned our room was so nice and friendly. We didn’t use pool, because it was always busy, but it doesn’t matter to us. Location is good. Everything is close enough. In hotel bar is everyday happy hotel from 20h-21h and that’s amazing. Crew in bar olso amazing. Reception staff olso. And now to move on on my favourite, favourite thing about this hotel-STAFF. (RESTAURANT) They are so welcoming, nice, friendly, good people, opened heart, very pleasant, they are a soul of this hotel, and my fionce and I was so impressed. Hotel manager is very kind, and off course all the team. ( I was crying when we are leaving) We really enjoy here in Semiramis city hotel, and we recommend this hotel very high! … I could say more, but I recommend everyone to visit and to see what I’m talking about. Thank you Semiramis four our wonderful stay. Thank you for amazing crew and the most nicest people we every meet. Love from 🇷🇸

We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The staff and service were both excellent. The hotel is 75 rooms and feels just the right size, we had a spacious room overlooking the pool. The pool is a real asset to the hotel and the gardens that surround it. George the lifeguard arrives at 10am every day and was super helpful. You can have breakfast and dinner looking out over the pool and gardens, which is a beautiful setting. We had booked bed and breakfast, a great selection of food in the morning with choices for everyone. We hadn’t planned to eat in the hotel but the food was excellent and we were so well looked after, we had 3 meals. Lots of other guests were on the half board option. Reception also gave us a great recommendation and we had lunch at Koukos in the new town area. It’s 10 minutes walk into the old town and the new town so the perfect location. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the team at Rodos Park.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service at this hotel was top-notch; the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and attentive. Their warmth and hospitality truly made me feel welcome. The facilities at the hotel were excellent as well. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design. The common areas of the hotel were also lovely and had a charming ambiance. Now, let's talk about the food – it was a highlight of my stay. The breakfast offered at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar was simply exceptional. The variety of options and the quality of the dishes exceeded my expectations. Each morning, I eagerly looked forward to starting my day with the delicious spread they provided. It was evident that they put a lot of effort into creating a delightful breakfast experience for their guests. In summary, my experience at 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar was fantastic. The service was impeccable, the facilities were impressive, and the food was a real treat. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in the area. Having travelled to many European beach resorts and stayed in many 4star plus hotels, this is one I will never return to. I have never left a bad review before but struggling to comprehend how it has got it’s stars. I’ll start at the beginning… Arrived around midnight, to be met by the receptionist who didn’t even welcome us. Threw papers on reception, told me to fill them in, all he wanted was the resort tax from me. No explanation of where anything was or what the hotel offered. There was a porter there but only helped those staying in the Elite suites, we were left to fend for ourselves. Next morning we found a beach towel card in our room, when we finally found where to get our towels, we were told that we needed a card for each of us, so would need to trundle all the way back to reception to get another. Frustrating when the booking was clearly for two. This wasn’t a one off, heard many people sharing the same problems . The deluxe Mountain View room was so disappointing, not as TUI advertised, which stated our room was complimented by a Mountain View. See photos, just shocking view. Pool areas are poor, there are no where near enough sun beds and the morning run to get one is not what you would expect for this supposed category of hotel. The adult only pool was filthy with slime marks all around the edge and floating bird pooh from the copious amounts of starlings nesting in the hotel balconies. Some of the staff were rude, in particular one woman on the pool bar who after ignoring my partner who had been patiently waiting (he was front of the queue). I looked over to see why she wasn’t serving him, she looked at me and said “what”. I told her I was just wondering why she wasn’t serving him and just said to him”wait” and continued to chat with her colleagues. So rude We never had a bed linen changed throughout our 7 day stay which is something I have never experienced before, the maids sometimes didn’t even take away our dirty cups. Just a poor experience, never again. And before asked, no didn’t report it to management, just wanted the week to end and come home. Maybe just us having a bad experience , bur the comments “complimented by a mountain view” an utter joke!! On a positive note, coming back to the beautiful island of Rhodes, seeing the stunning old town again, and beautiful Lindos, compensated for the poor service within this hotel. Just need to find one that actually is at least 4star plus.

We stayed in the Sheraton Rhodes in the first week of July (2 adults 2 kids), last minute booking through Voyage Prive (booked Wednesday, flew Saturday). I found all the reviews here helpful in deciding to choose this hotel; here are our own experiences. Overall very happy with the hotel, facilities and service. Hotel rooms - we had guessed the hotel was built in the 70s/80s as the rooms and building itself are quite bland (actually built in 1993). We had Deluxe Sea View interconnecting rooms on 10th floor which suited us perfectly. View is fantastic - you can watch the sun set over the Turkish mountains on the far side. It was €4200 for the week for 2 Deluxe sea view rooms with ‘full board plus’. The minibar only had water and the waters were not replenished at all during the week. This seems almost a regular thing now with even top end hotels and in any case water bottles are 60 cent in the 1st floor minimarket. The king size beds are very nice. The hotel itself is not 5-star equivalent by European major city standards but nor are you paying anywhere near European 5-star prices for your stay. We found the hotel good value for the money. The public interior areas are clean and well-thought out. The lobby and the atrium around Knights bar is lovely. They have a baby grand piano open to anybody to play which is a really nice touch and adds a lot of character to the place. You’ll find kids and grown ups alike playing. There’s a nice mix of many different nationalities with the guests. Pools: 3 outdoor pools, with plenty of sun-loungers and parasols to go around throughout the day. The pool on 6th floor is very quiet and amazingly only ever had 3 or 4 people in it, with loads of space around it; the restrooms and showers here are even marble-tiled. Restaurants: the Castellano restaurant for breakfast and dinner buffet is very good and the staff there are excellent. There is a good mix of fruit / salads / hot food / cereals / breads. We never had to wait more than 2 minutes for a table outside. Non-dairy milks are still clearly not a thing for most people as sometimes these had bits in them, stick to soy milk rather than oat / almond! Themed nights meant sushi, Mediterranean options etc. as well as the usual main buffet selections. Full board +: we had 3 meals plus drinks included for the week which was okay value (about €900 for full board and €200 for drinks). Sheraton could organise this better. You get a paper card with your meal plan written on it which you must show staff every time you sit down for a meal, until they get to know you. Why they don’t just record your meal plan with your room number in the system I don’t know. With so many staff involved in serving drinks / issuing the bills etc, mistakes can happen the odd time. The extra for ‘drinks’ is about the price you would pay anyway, because as we found out on the first day, only one drink (juice, beer or house wine) is included per person. We usually have a lot more than one

Convenient location, friendly helpful staff, spacious accesible kitchen with lots of cutlery and other options for prep. Ovens and stovetops all worked fine, and fridges had lots of space. Staff had tips on local places to visit, and did outings like the highly recommended sunset sail trip. Incredible experience there What disappointed me was where I stayed in the hostel. I was put in the basement, in a room with 2 other people. The 3 beds room option does NOT work. Horrible idea, any sounds are made louder because the space is so tight. Also, during my stay, basically everyone there was sick or coughing, or something was going around. Some of the staff got sick, and a few members despite having colds or active coughs, were actively working instead of isolating or resting. I saw one member cough right into their hand then go to pick fruit to make a drink at the bar with, yikes. Some of the staff though know to be responsible and isolate... Smacked my head 5 times going to the washroom or going up and down the stairs, or under low doorways. Felt like I was a prisoner or something else by being in the basement, it really made the stay worse. Also, the room is right next to the kitchen and outdoor seating area, so all that noise comes right into your room. My suggestion: stop renting the basement out, enforce quiet hours earlier (some of the staff really did not care about that). Would not stay again, sorry. My visit to Rhodes was great except for this.
