haven't even been yet but communication regarding change is very frustrating. Had to change our travel plans to leave a day earlier, hotel refused to refund me the final day, thought had compromised on an early check on day of arrival instead of staying another night and it was changed to this, then another employee changed the reservation back to the original. they don't listen or understand and only reply every 3 to 4 days. just raging!

A lovely apartment in the centre of Reykjavik, rather well equipped and well maintained. There is also some parking (first come first serve) but plenty of street parking which isn't too expensive. Would recommend and stay again.

The apartment was perfect, ideal location and had everything we needed. The bathroom was really nice and it was the perfect cosy place to warm up and chill after a cold way out. It was also really nice having the smart TV

I had high expectations based on the photos on several sites which looked very nice. Reality was very different. Rather than an open lit apartment, I ended up in a basement room, dark and a little claustrophobic. Check the room location before you book. The room was adequately appointed for a long stay with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and other basic appliances, though no microwave. Other kitchen utensils were available. The bed was comfortable.

The apartments are very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Conveniently located to walk to everything. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is fine. Love the heated towel rack. Easy to walk to Kronan for food supplies.

This property was wonderful. Clean, just enough space for a couple. Perfect location off the beaten path to Main Street. Had a few parking spaces in the back but they were always taken. But parking really isn’t an issue there.

We chose the location due to location near city center and the ability for three to use the room and the room having a kitchen. What we found was that while the room was clean and in a nice location, the bar across the main street kept us up and the water that leaked from the shower to in front of the toilet made using the bathroom difficult due to pooling water in front of the toilet. The room made good use of the space but the canted ceilings had us hitting our heads a few times.

The apartment had everything you need and a comfortable bed and pillows. I appreciated Netflix on TV and the washer/dryer. The only thing I didn’t like was that you couldn’t walk around the bed because it was on a platform that spanned the width of the bedroom.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our weekend break and the staff were really helpful. The apartment was clean and had all we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Very happy.
