The hotel is reasonably close to the airport if you have a car. I stayed based on price and proximity. The parking lot was packed when I arrived after midnight. Check in was fast and friendly. Room was clean and quiet if you do not count the AC. Truthfully, it acted as white noise and allowed me to sleep. Bed was great! But oddly I found the bathroom to be poorly updated. I disliked the lighting overall and especially the dark shower / tub should have had a light. I opted to grab breakfast on the road so no feedback on that.

This place is just fine…I was initially weary after reading the TripAdvisor reviews. However, this was where United sent me when they delayed my flight and put me up for the night. This hotel isn’t the Ritz, nor is it trying to be. However, the rooms were clean and perfectly functional for a night or two. The lady at check in was polite and efficient and got us settled in even though it was almost midnight when we got there. It’s about 15 minutes away from the airport so factor that into your equation. Other than that, the property is starting to show its age but again they’ve done a good enough job of maintenance. It is a Sonesta brand hotel so adjust expectations (typically a notch or two lower than Marriott/Hilton/Hyatt but comparable to a midrange/nicer Choice Hotel).

Best spot to stay just across from Gene Coulon Park. Always clean,friendly and quiet. Easy access to freeways and close to The Landing, a shopping area and restaurants. Free breakfast is ok - the scrambled eggs are a bit funky tasting. But no worries, you can cook your own in your room if you want! Lunch is simple, just go to the park for Ivars or Kidd Valley burger. Sit on the waterfront. If you just want to slow it down from Seattle, stay here and take in the lake. Comfortable bed. Which is a Marriott standard!

Mi novia de un estudiante internacional de tres años en Seattle vino a Seattle por segunda vez. Reservé el Sheraton Dt. Como vivo al lado del hotel, lo probé. No es temporada turística. También vi que no hay Ctrip adecuado. La velocidad de registro es rápida y no hay problemas para registrarse. Me alojé por tres noches excepto por la ubicación y el resto fue perfecto. El precio también es muy razonable. Es tranquilo comparado con el centro de la ciudad. Está al lado de la fábrica de Boeing. En la sala todavía se pueden ver los aviones que no se han ensamblado. El lago de abajo es muy tranquilo y hermoso. Me quedo mucho tiempo junto al lago cada vez que estoy de mal humor. La mosca en el ungüento es que la ubicación es de 15 a 20 minutos desde el aeropuerto hasta el hotel. Si vas a DT, tardarás 15 minutos. Bellevue tarda 15 minutos. Si no tiene nada para comer cerca, le sugiero una barbacoa coreana en Renton dt. Está a 10 minutos a pie y se llama Exit 5 Korean BBQ. Hay una tienda de autoservicio de té con leche en el camino y también es genial, DIY TEA LAB. The room itself was wonderful. The young woman at the front desk was extremely rude toward my partner and I and so was the guy who was on the computer next to her. When I walked up to the front desk, I greeted the woman - said hello and good morning and smiled… she just looked at me and ignored my greeting. When I told her what I was there to do (exchange my room keys for new ones since we decided to extend our stay) she continued to be standoffish & unwelcoming. When I asked her for a receipt for the extra days I paid for she said she could give one to me after we checked out of the hotel. I then asked her for an invoice because it doesn’t make since that I can’t see what I’m being charged by the day until I check out. She then said she could email the invoice to me and I told her I would appreciate that. The guy standing next her at the computer (not a front desk employee) kept listening into the conversation and making rude facial expressions multiple times during the interaction. When she finally gave us the new keys, she just handed them to me and said nothing, no “here are your new keys” no “here you go have a nice day”…. No words at all and looked at us like we were something dirty she wouldn’t want to touch. Then when we left and headed towards the door… I turned back 5 seconds later or so and and saw her smiling at the guy and talking about something and that’s when I said, “You guys are being really weird…” They froze and the guy said, “What??” I repeated myself and they didn’t really say anything. It’s hard to describe the incident online but it was deeply unsettling. She shouldn’t be front desk staff if she can’t be kind and or respectful to guests. The staff who were there when we checked in late at night our first day at the hotel were great and we really appreciated them. The place is kind of bougie which I wasn’t expecting at all because we stayed at a Sonesta in Arizona and the vibe was way better - relaxed, welcoming, etc…

La ubicación de este hotel era grande, las habitaciones eran muy bonitas, el desayuno era bueno, pero cuando tienes papel fino construcción y la habitación arriba comienza sus niños a correr, saltar y jugar con bolas en su habitación a las 5 de la mañana! El hotel no nos movería porque estaban muy poco equipados en su personal de limpieza.

El hotel de la ciudad de Vanessa, el director que trató, era muy amable. El olor de los cons- como el humo en las salas y habitaciones tiene un olor “antiguo” definido desde el antiguo tapete. Carpeta está fechada y tiene que ser sustituida. Necesita un ascensor facial en general. Para el precio si puedes lidiar con los problemas- & no planeas pasar mucho tiempo en la habitación, está bien para unas noches. El personal es agradable. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero no se podía encontrar en el hotel.
