Quiet Bungalow in South West Reno.

Great deal, it was simple and clean, but has some little bugs crawling around that were annoying

The property welcomed pets. It was an older bungalow. It was in a very quiet neighborhood.

Great for what we needed. Loved the fenced in yard for my dog.

This is a very clean but spartan dwelling. The property is currently for sale and the owners are not fixing things like missing cabinet doors or molding around the apartment. Most wall hangings have been removed. Everything that needed to work did and all of the kitchen basics were present and in good condition. Bathroom towels were clean and soft, and extra supplies of things like toilet paper easily accessible.

Peaceful and relaxing. Clean bungalow with all the amenities needed. Sat outside a lot of the time on chairs we travel with listening to the leaves rustling in the trees surrounding the front. Two other bungalows had barbecues but ours didn’t which was disappointing as it was listed in the property description.

Cozy Guesthouse This property perfectly met our needs. It is small and cozy and 5 minutes from almost everything. It is an older house that has been very well used over the years, so it has it's own little quarks. We loved that it was a seperate little space located behind the the house. It gave us privacy and added to the coziness. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house but every night in bed, we heard frogs croaking out our window and would doze off listening to their songs. Bart was an awesome communicator and responded to me within seconds when I had questions. If you are like us and just need a quite place to unwind and sleep each night, this is a good choice.

Reasonably Priced and Comfortable This unit is far from fancy, but it definitely served its purpose. It’s in a very nice quiet neighborhood. We were comfortable, and will probably stay here again in the future.

Loved my stay The host Bart delivered superb customer service. he made my request to extend my stay so simple and he was so gracious. Will definitely stay again.

Love this place!!!! Always clean, safely located, host is easy to work with. A Gem!!
