"Booked for 2 rooms with breakfast for 4 people; At the reception they wanted to charge us for 2 extra breakfasts: it was a good thing that we could prove that this had already been paid for when booking. The breakfast itself was as it should be and therefore fine. Then the restaurant: although it had a promising menu, the food served was sad, poor and barely edible. Example: a few large shrimps with dry spaghetti was called Gamba a la spaghetti: it was such a sad meal that they admitted it themselves and did not charge for it. The rooms need major renovation, especially the bathrooms. Anyone who takes a shower - behind the plastic curtain - immediately floods the rest of the bathroom floor. This hotel needs its own "Delta plan". The staff is generally friendly, but unfortunately there are a few who do not know Dutch and that is in Zeeland, the Netherlands. At the same time, I would like to emphasize once again that the name of the hotel is misleading: there is no BEACH in the immediate vicinity of the FLETCHER BEACH HOTEL."

"Hoteles en La Haya: Este hotel de 3 estrellas dispone de 2 estrellas. La habitación estaba en el lado pequeño, como el baño, que además se sentía un poco anticuado. Desafortunadamente no había aire acondicionado – sólo un ventilador, que ofrecía poco refrigeración durante días calientes. El día t**** no se limpió nuestra habitación: no se preparó la cama y no nos dieron toallas limpias, lo que era una lástima. Pero los colaboradores fueron amables y útiles, lo que sin duda fue apreciado. En general, una estancia mixta – excelente ubicación y servicio, pero hay espacio para mejorar en términos de comodidad y limpieza."
