If I could give 6 stars I would. I was in Regina on business and it happened to be my birthday as well. Not only did the hotel leave a Happy Birthday card signed by 20+ members of the staff, I was upgraded to the Royal Suite for the night. Wow wow wow. The most lavish room in the entire hotel close to 1500 sq ft of living space !! It was unbelievable. All of my stays in Regina are at HotelSask as they have never let me down. Kunal the GM personally contacted me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The front desk staff Gloria, Vishnudas and Marcia are first rate awesome people too!

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. If the experience we had had been at a $79/night side of the road motel, I would've been much more laissez-faire about it. However, we paid $180, plus parking, plus a $35 pet fee, and would've been more comfortable sleeping in our car. The 2 main issues were: 1. The heat doesn't work on some of the floors. My understanding is the first 3 are the main issue. And when I say it doesn't work, I mean it never reached more than 17 degrees, and cold air blew from the vents straight at the beds THE ENTIRE TIME. This is a problem they know about. They've had people in to fix it, but ”can't”. So, when it's -30 outside, this hotel is charging people $180 to stay in hotel rooms THEY KNOW have no heat! ***?! Do they have heaters, i asked? Some, but not enough for every room, so we were out of luck. In order to actually manage to sleep, we kept a pot of water boiling on the stove all night, went to Canadian Tire to buy our own heater, and each slept with 3 blankets and our clothes on. They offered us extra blankets, but only sent 1 for 4 people and 3 beds. We had to call down 4 times, each time we were on hold for over 10 minutes becausevthe place was a gong show. This leads me to the second issue.. 2. Management of the hotel. This place is BUSY. There was never not a line up at the front desk. Like i said earlier, every time I called down I was on hold for 10 minutes. I've never seen a hotel this size not have at least 2 people on the front desk, but there was only 1. A couple manager looking women walked around, back and forth into the office, etc, but never jumped onto the other desk to help out. It was ridiculous. When we first went up to our room and realized the heat didn't work, we called down to the woman who checked us in to complain. She acted surprised about the heat and gave us the only other room in the hotel because they were full. I waited in line for half an hour to get new keys, and when I got to the front desk a different clerk was now telling me my reservation had ended and there was no room for me. We spent another 10 minutes going around and around, while I tried to explain what had happened. This is when we were told that the heating is a problem they know about and can't fix (not the story we heard from the other clerk) but were assured that the new room would have heat. Nope, that was a lie as well. I could go on, but that's the gist. I'll never stay again.

Este hotel está ubicado en la excelente zona de Regina, con muchos restaurantes cerca y tiendas, a un precio razonable y un personal amable. Habitaciones limpias y camas cómodas. Tranquilo incluso cuando está lleno. Nunca tuve una mala estancia aquí.

El servicio es muy cálido, la recepción y el gerente son muy amables. Pero al principio, el suministro de calor en la habitación es un problema, la reparación de los empleados no ha estado desinstacándose durante mucho tiempo, no hay resultado para cambiar el cuarto de acompañamiento, y finalmente no hay manera de darnos un ventilador eléctrico de calor. Además, otros son muy buenos, con transporte cercano, supermercados y muchos restaurantes.

El hotel al lado de la alta velocidad, no tenía ninguna expectativa cuando pasé una noche. Entré para ver que estaba bastante bien. Había refrigeradores, microondas y secadores de pelo. El desayuno también está incluido ... aunque no lo comí tarde ... Hay una comida china cerca. La relación calidad-precio general es muy alta, y la habitación está muy limpia, lo único es que la calefacción es demasiado ruidosa, no teme morir de frío ...

Hicimos un viaje a Regina para visitar a la familia y nos alojamos en el Days Inn. Buena relación calidad-precio, desayuno básico y piscina decente para niños pequeños. Disfrutamos de nuestra estancia y los servicios de este hotel. La recepción fue servicial y el hotel tiene muchos restaurantes y tiendas cerca. Volveremos a reservar!

El hotel está en la extremidad de alta velocidad número uno, muy conveniente, hay instalaciones de juego en agua, nos quedamos una noche, no vamos a jugar, pero debería ser muy bueno. El hotel es muy nuevo, hay una pequeña cocina en el cuarto, hay lo que necesita el viaje, vale la pena recomendar.
