"We have stayed at quite a few Premier Inns around the country, however this has to be the worst. When we checked in, the receptionist acted like she wanted rid of us. We were asked if we would like to eat in the Beefeater that evening and again at breakfast. No mention of the Meal Deal so we ended up paying more. We didn't know the door card was supposed to be inserted into a slot near the door, so we had no electric, we weren't given the Wifi code, all of which would have saved time had we been told about it in the first instance. We won't be staying there again."

"We attended a family wedding and stayed the night in the redwood room which was located in the original building, we loved the original quirkiness of it. We had a fabulous stay. Would love to thank Adam for our tour round the property and our fresh figs from the tree! And Jackie who was just wonderful (thanks for the chocolate muffins, just what we needed after the night before, big kisses) Highly recommend! From the Aberdeen crew x"
