"Did not get a chance to go. We made a reservation for the weekend of May 16th and then decided to change it to the following Memorial Day weekend and stay an extra day. We left numerous V/M's and sent about 4 detailed emails through their website and NO REPLY. They completely ignored our messages and emails. The confirmation email after we made the reservation stated that if you needed to discuss anything about the reservation to call a specific number and "we will get back to you as soon as possible" - a week passes and NO REPLY, either to website emails or to phone messages. The email confirmation also stated specifically "no reply" to this email. If their service is as good as their attention to phone calls and emails, it has to be poor (despite what I am reading). Now - they warn that if there is a "No Show" they will charge the full fee. I have left numerous messages and emails. If we get charged the full fee, I have documentation of all phone calls and emails. I will definitely report them to the credit card company and request a reversal of charges if that happens. We have been using B&Bs for the last 35 years and have never experienced anything like this before."
