Hotel was very clean and nice. Food was great and the service quite amazing. They were quite accommodating to our requests. We quite enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel, rooms were spacious, air conditioning perfect and everything you could need or want for breakfast. Bar across the road did amazing soup, so cheap 😋 👍

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีหาง่าย อยู่ตัวเมือง ใกล้ตลาดของกิน ที่พักสะอาด ใหม่ จองแบบ Standard ไป แต่ ร.ร.ควรปรับปรุงวางแผนการจัดการให้ดีกว่านี้ ในเรื่องการให้ลูกค้ารอเข้า Checkin ไปถึง ร.ร 13.45 น. พนักงานแจ้งให้รอห้อง 20 นาที ห้องยังไม่เรียบร้อยเสร็จแล้วจะโทรแจ้ง เข้าใจได้ว่าไปก่อนเวลา Checkin แต่ผลสุดท้ายได้นั่งรอ 1 ชั่วโมงครึ่ง มีเจ้าหน้าที่โทรแจ้งให้ไปรับ keycard เข้าห้องที่ front ซึ่งต้องไปยืนต่อคิวกับลูกค้าที่รอ Checkin อีก พนักงานไม่บริการจัดการแยกแถวประเภทลูกค้า กว่าจะได้เข้าห้อง เกือบ 16.00 น. ช้ามาก พอมีลูกค้าโวยวายจะคุยกับ ผจก.ร.ร. ก็จัดการรีบให้กลุ่มนั้นขึ้นพัก แย่มาก ส่วนเราก็รอต่อคิวแถวไปสิ แค่รู้สึกแบ่งแยกตั้งแต่จะบริการลูกค้าที่เป็นสมาชิก ร.ร ดี แต่คนจองผ่านแอป agent ไปไม่สนใจเลยยย ควรกลับไปอบรมการบริการกันใหม่นะ สรุปประสบการณ์พักที่นี่คือแย่

很新的酒店，工作人員謙和有禮。我因為房間床型問題，跑了三次前台，每次都有問必答，最後友好解決問題。游泳池nice，早餐也不錯。唯一不好的，就是房間真的很小，洗澡和馬桶分開，但門設計的不好，帶孩子的小心會有碰撞。
