★☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience – Not as Advertised I had a very bad experience at New Wave Hotel Rawang. The hotel is extremely old and poorly maintained. The pictures shown online are completely misleading – the actual condition of the hotel is far from what’s advertised. The room was dirty, the furniture and facilities were worn out, and the overall environment was unpleasant. It’s clear that cleanliness and upkeep are not priorities here. Definitely not worth the price. If you’re looking for a comfortable or decent stay, I do not recommend this hotel at all. There are far better options nearby.

Everything was okay except the tv was under maintenance.

The worst experience , the location is not accurate and no wan answers the call , never had pics because I had to stay at another hotel due to the bad experience from them

Wrong address! Another misleading info that should be fixed by hotel management. So frustrated!

The contact number was not correct. The location given was no any hotel at this place. I wasted my money first time when booked this hotel and first bad experience booked a hotel thru this app. I hope can go thru this contact number and location which was update wrongly. Trip.com you have all my record’s which I booked earlier and so far all good but this time really fucked up

⭐️ 1/5 – Sangat mengecewakan, tidak akan datang lagi!! Saya sampai di Rawang sekitar jam 2 pagi, tetapi lokasi hotel yang ditunjukkan di Google Maps salah dan langsung tak jumpa hotel tersebut. Terpaksa cari sendiri guna alamat, bukan nama hotel. Bila cuba hubungi nombor telefon hotel, tiada jawapan langsung. Saya akhirnya sampai ke hotel sekitar jam 3 pagi. Malangnya, layanan di kaunter reception sangat mengecewakan — macam tak berminat nak bantu tetamu. Mereka minta deposit tunai, sedangkan saya tiada cash. Nak buat transfer pun tidak dibenarkan, jadi saya terpaksa keluar cari bank pukul 3 pagi. Sangat menyusahkan. Pagi jam 8 terus check out. Perlu naik tangga ke tingkat 2 sambil angkat beg dan dukung anak, tiada lif atau bantuan. Keadaan bilik pula sempit, tuala yang diberi lama dan lusuh, alas kaki pun macam barang lama zaman 30–40 tahun lepas. Keseluruhan pengalaman memang mengecewakan. InsyaAllah memang tak akan kembali ke hotel ini. Tidak disarankan. ⭐️ 1/5 – Very disappointing experience I arrived in Rawang around 2:00 AM, but the hotel location shown on Google Maps was incorrect, and I could not find the hotel at all. I had to search using the address instead of the hotel name. I tried calling the hotel multiple times, but no one answered the phone. I finally arrived at the hotel around 3:00 AM. Unfortunately, the reception staff was unhelpful and unwelcoming. They insisted on a cash deposit, and when I explained that I did not have cash, they refused bank transfer as well. I was forced to go out and look for a bank at 3 AM, which was extremely inconvenient and unsafe. I checked out at 8:00 AM. I had to carry my luggage and my child up to the second floor using the stairs, with no lift or assistance provided. The room was very small, the towels provided were old and worn out, and even the room slippers looked extremely outdated, like something from decades ago. Overall, the condition of the room was poor. This was a very unpleasant stay, and I will definitely not return to this hotel. Not recommended.
