What a disgusting let down this place was, and a danger too. Do not book, you will not get value for money. We had a 2 week full board stay in a family room. Arrived late evening. Reception were no help and gave no advice or tips, not did they even provide us with the basics, like the required voucher for sun loungers. Our family room was tiny, even if just for a couple. A double bed then small bunk beds n barely room to move in between. The bathroom door only opened around 60° as it hit the sink, and you had to choose if to plug the mini fridge or the TV in, there wasn't capability for both. The room was so cramped we had to put a little item of furniture on the balcony so we could stand next to the bed. The balcony,, had 2 plastic chairs that just fit the width of the balcony so if you wanted to sit on one, it had to be turned in to give room for your knees (not that I would have sat on one - they were filthy and flimsy). How this hotel can say it has air conditioning is beyond me. There was a very old and leaking box above the doorway. The only difference this made to the room was approx 2° cooler only if you left it on all day with the doors and blinds shut and noone in the room. Within two minutes of entry it was sweltering again. Food...breakfast is served in the hottest room ever, you could barely breathe. The food is nice if you like pastries. Fresh fruit was rare. The scrambled egg, sausages and bacon weren't great, and looked like left there the whole service. Don't dare try and ask for a coffee from the bar if you're not Italian, you use the machine. Lunch and dinner the items off the menu were nice, but the buffet was the same every single day for two weeks and an awful cattle run at opening because a) it's crammed in a right awkward corner, and b) the most popular things are not replenished when gone. All the vegetables are served chilled. I found the food quite nice, but was really fed up by the end of two weeks. It was nice that the room lunch and dinner is served in is cool. Phew. Now for the facilities: dirty. Unkempt. Dangerous. Neglected. The photos tell you the story. A man hole which was uncovered, and the broken slab cast aside, was left unfixed at the side of the path you have to take to get from hotel to pool. There was building material left abandoned everywhere. Stinking overflowing bins and piles of tat and rubbish. Hose pipes left in random and dangerous places (like the bottom of the stairs) for the whole two weeks. There is a sunbathing deck above the pitiful pool showers which had loose and missing panels. I in fact witnessed someone put their hand on one and luckily saved themself from falling when the plank fell away. Pool: when we arrived the pool was lovely and clean but as time went on it was obvious the filter wasn't enough. The grime, and black and pink mold, growing round the pool is evident on the photos. Estamos en esta semana y hasta ahora podemos decir que el servicio ofrecido es excelente, una buena cocina, y un excelente servicio ofrecido en la sala, sin duda estos dos KPI son un punto de fortaleza de la estructura. Las habitaciones son cómodas y la limpieza de ellas es excelente!! Gracias también va al servicio de recepción, siempre disponible y amable a las exigencias de los huéspedes. Además, excelente ubicación, a pocos pasos del centro con la posibilidad de disfrutar del servicio de bicicleta gratuito ofrecido por el Hotel ... Complimentar!!! Gastalello

Hotel scenografico dall’esterno e con camere molto spaziose. Il personale conferma di essere impostato per un reale 5 Stelle. La spa non è all’altezza delle cinque stelle ma l’intero soggiorno può essere classificato di ottimo ed elevato livello. Grazie alla reception per avere risolto in pochissimi minutie senza burocrazia una leggero disguido nella fase di prenotazione. 5 Stelle

Mi novia y yo hemos estado dos noches en esta casa y el juicio es esencialmente muy positivo aunque hay que hacer algunas observaciones. La Hall del hotel moderno y realmente hermoso. La habitación de matrimonio de buena tamaño, aunque el matrazo estaba usado y que se debe sustituir. Dado que el descanso es importante para un huésped es importante que estos aspectos se evalúen. Baño grande aunque un poco fechado. Dado el tipo de estructura podría ser renovado. El desayuno es la verdadera flor a la vista. Para todos los viajes que he hecho en Italia y en el mundo es sin duda uno de los mejores, si no el mejor en absoluto. Una amplia selección de dulces (cornidos de crema, de nuez, de pistachos, de bolletas, de tortas, de marmeladas de todos los tipos..) Para quien como yo ama el dulce de desayuno permanecerá abierto. Sin embargo, también es una excelente elección de fruta, sal varia y glutee libre departamento. De hecho, votar 10+. También los chicos que están allí para servir super disponibles y amables. En conjunto, si tenemos que volver a Milán Maritima esta será sin duda nuestro objetivo.

Sono un cliente da diversi anni ed ho sempre riscontrato professionalità, servizi adeguati alla struttura e pulizia. la logistica è ottimale essendo vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada e avendo un parcheggio estremamente comodo. Il personale disponibile e cortese. La struttura l'ho trovata adeguata al suo livello di 4 stelle.

We are business travelers and our clients stay this hotel many times . It a standard 4 stars hotel , clean , staff and environment are good . Unfortunately this time had a bad experience on it . Never happened in this 4 star hotel . The staff given the room key and well check-in for our clients at Italy time 9:00pm , Once they entranced into the room . The room was occupied. We immediately run to the front desk , the stafff use 1 hour to handle the case and said not available the triple room . We didn’t said we must the triple room , we are 2 persons At least settled down for us at night time . She use 1 hour slowly motion to handle the case . And said we have 2 single room for us but need extra EURO20/per room means extra total EUR 40 more . At that moment we only accepted because at night 10pm . We never see this non professional skill on any star hotel . We are happy on their management. They want to understand what happened on their staff . Management will to listen and known what are the mistakes on their staff . Thank you for their management officers.
