I had a wonderful day and this resort. The staff in the rooms and the restaurants were excellent. The staff was probably the highlight a resort was full, so they had the hands full, but they still did a very good job to please everybody. You can see that doing the service from the heart. Restaurants are very good at specially Mekong, where we ate twice. All staff was amazing g but Siska and Tina in Mekong were amazingly friendly and efficient. I really appreciate their service. I will definitely come back. Beach was ok but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Pool and bar service were great .

We came to Mekong for brunch (2 adults and 2 kids) and had a fabulous time. The service and food were outstanding. We would highly recommend this restaurant which is inside of a beautiful hotel. The grounds are stunning and the restaurant is beautiful. We loved the fact you can see the food being cooked freshly with an open kitchen. Imran and his team are exceptional and looked after us so well. Do not hesitate to visit! We will be back.

Wow what can I say!! From beginning to the end everything was 5 stars. All of the staff were so friendly, but Vino was so friendly&smiley and made such an effort to help us. The rooms were immaculate, and everytime I rang the reception/housekeeping everything was always delivered on time. The food was outstanding especially the breakfast! Wow the crepes were to die for. Stayed in villa 505. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and we will most definitely be visiting again. Regards mary and clay. X

I stayed here with my wife. The overall experience was great. The room was great space and had all the facilities. Mekong restaurant had great Thai food experience. Imran was a great host including Arwa and Abu at guest service. We had few hiccups during checkin however it was compensated with great service.

Our recent vacation was exceptionally memorable as we celebrated my birthday. The hotel is set on sprawling grounds, yet transportation is convenient with buggies readily available to whisk you to any destination within minutes. The stunning natural mangroves, the beautiful beach, and the luxuriously comfortable pool with its varied cabanas and well-thought-out amenities made our celebration extraordinary. The hotel staff truly made the experience unparalleled, particularly in the Food & Beverage department, from delightful breakfasts to evenings spent at the impressive Mekong restaurant. Our expectations were surpassed, thanks to the dedicated team who went above and beyond to enhance our special moments. Special appreciation goes to Imran and Charu for introducing us to the ultimate Riesling and Vietnamese cuisine pairing. The entire team was incredibly supportive throughout our stay. Davendra graciously guided us around the property, while Amjad promptly addressed any minor room issues we encountered. Although it was occasionally difficult to collaborate with some ladies front desk (likely due to busy periods), the rest of the staff admirably filled in the gaps. This stay was the highlight of our year, and we are excited to return and explore the impressive villas.
