WiFi reception was horrible. Couldn’t down load it as it kept on saying that it didn’t recognize me as a guest. Then the front desk gave me a totally different login. Could not get online at all on any apps. Was able to text.
Breakfast, horrible prefab eggs. Juices tasted like water. Get an employee to make waffles. The people couldn’t do it right and took to long as there was a line. 6am to 9pm breakfast??? Come on that ends too early. Your employee working breakfast needs more help. She was doing her absolute best but the work was beyond 2 people. I gave her a big tip. The only thing that was good was the coffee.
The TV charged me twice $24 for NETFLIX and I only looked at it then went back to the regular channels which had garbage. I have no idea how I was charged as I didn’t give any info. Had to be the card number in your system for my stay.
Came in at 9:30 one night, no one at front desk. Needed to ask a question. No one showed up. Went to room and called several times no answer. Went back downstairs to locate them no one there for 15 minutes. Mean while at the front door a man was trying to get in. These are security doors and I’m not in the position to let them in. Finally a man came down the hall. He was the front desk person. I told him I was trying to contact him for over a half hour. He said to me nasty I wasn’t gone a half hour.
Well all I have to say is the shower and bed were good. Never been in a Hilton this bad.
