The location of the property is very good. Staff is good. Their behaviour is excellent. Food is O.K.

I have stayed here earlier and the hotel is good in that location. The hotel is good but requires improvement in hygiene. Needs to provide, facilities like toiletries, slippers shaving kit, etc.

Room was so so & food quality is not good, need to improve. The rate of food is very expensive and they don't match the quality.

Very-poorly kept rooms. Bed sheets are not changed, toilets are not cleaned and poor response after complaints. No tea making facilities in the room and no bed tea. Nothing before 7. 30 am. The main door lock was faulty and could not be locked - both from inside and out side.

This was my second visit to this hotel. Hotel staff were not intimated by mm t team about my booking, hence rooms were not ready. I had booked in club class category whereas hotel staff were keen to give me a lower category room. My experience during my first visit was good, this was the reason to book my stay in the same hotel also in same category. Later after discussion i was given the club class category room. It was almost a chaos situation for half an hour during check-in.
