I am staying in fern residence Rajkot with my team hotel was superb and well maintained room is superb and well clean and housekeeping team is very helpful and friendly food was yammy specially thanks to Mr . Negi and Suraj Ahemad I will visit next time with my family

Hotel Sentosa in Rajkot is pretty decent hotel for a 3 star, excellent shower, very clean rooms, very modern as soon as you walk in, I would like to say for a 3 star hotel, they were being very tight with the towels, most 3 star hotels give you a hand towel and a bath towel, Hotel Sentosa only gave you one Bath Towel, Complementary Breakfast could do with more choices, maybe small masala dosa, if they have a chief in the kitchen, can make fresh Omelette coffee needs to improve, maybe a fridge in the rooms with some drinks, even some crisps or something, extra revenue for the hotel.

First room we were given was unclean and when I opened the fridge there was a MOULDY OPENED sandwich left there! We requested for another room, went to see it, and it was also dirty, DUST everywhere and very stuffy. The housekeeping ***ager saw us and did a U-turn down the corridor to avoid talking to us! Third room had a dirty carpet so they assured us they would clean it and call us back to check. When we went back the carpet still had clothes threads and other fluff which clearly hadn’t been vacuumed properly! All of this took ONE HOUR to resolve! When speaking with the operations ***ager - Rahul Rao - and explaining that this shouldn’t have been the case and we would like some co****sation for the inconvenience he assured us that he would speak with ***agement and call us back, so he asked for a mobile number which we gave and then told us he would call us back in 30 mins with an update. 30 mins later and no update, we went to his office where he was with another guest so we told him to call us ASAP. He told us he would call us in 5-10 mins. Which again he DID NOT. Another hour later when going to his office to check for an update and query WHY we hadn’t heard anything, he started raising his voice and shouting at me and us!! Absolutely SHOCKING behaviour and attitude towards customers. Clearly he could not take that he had been caught out and not delivered as per his FALSE promises. His ***nerisms were disgusting and incredibly rude, definitely not trained to communicate or deal with HOSPITALITY incidents or situations. After going back to the room we noticed that the bedding had stains and dirty marks, so requested for a clean duvet cover. The boy who came to make the bed didn’t know how to, and whilst laughing was desperately calling someone else for help. When that person came to assist they were still unable to change the duvet cover - this in total took 20 mins, by which time I asked them to leave, and my husband and I made the bed ourselves- only to realise that the new duvet cover itself ALSO had stains and hairs! We asked for another double duvet cover, and received a flat bed sheet, after explaining that we need a double duvet cover again, we then received a single duvet with NO cover. An extremely exhausting and frustrating experience, especially as we have stayed there ***y years ago when it was great! All in all this hotel is an absolute joke, not hygienic, housekeeping staff have no standards, and the ***agement are incredibly incompetent and rude! I would NOT recommend booking or wasting your time and energy at Imperial Palace - you definitely won’t get royal treatment!!! This is more like a one star hotel, we would have been better off in a hostel! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

The stay was super fine, the food was good , gujrati thali was tasty .The staff was helpfull .The suite room view was nice and good .I love the location of hotel ,it's in middle of city .The cafe chocolate room was very beautiful. Sir I am PRADEEP MEHTA CAME HERE WITH MY WIFE, N STAY HERE FOR FOUR DAYS. OUR REVIEW IS FOR 1 REGARDING CLEANING ,DEPARTMRNT IS GOOD N SPECIALLY URMILA HAS.DONE VERY GOOD ON CLEANING. KEPT ALL THE REQUIRED THINGS PROPERLY AT CORRECT PLACE. NO COMPLAINT AGAINS ANY WORK. 2 REGARDING RESTAURANT YOUR FOOD QUALITY IS VERY GOOD , ALL YOUR STAFF IS GOOD N READY TO HELP FOR GETTING ANY ITEM REQUIRED. I HAVE VISITED SO MANY PLACES IN INDIA N ABROAD, I HAVE BEEN NEVER OFFER SO MANY ITEMS IN BREAKFAST WHICH IS THERE IN YOUR HOTEL. I JUSTED TO DRAW YOUR ATTENTION REGARDING THIS THING, TO OFFER LIMITED GOOD MANU FOR BREAKFAST, TO AVOID WESTAGE OF FOOD. El mejor hotel en que hemos estado durante nuestro viaje de negocios en el norte de la India. En el resto de establecimientos la media de tiempo a la hora de registrarnos era de unos 10 minutos, aquí no llego ni a 30 segundos: felicidades al equipo de recepción. Habitaciones amplias y acogedoras. Un bufet de lo más completo que vimos en el viaje y su restaurante Horizont, espectacular.

It was not planned to stay in rajkot but fortunately we got this luxurious resort and the mm t provided an excellent deal which pulled us to stay there. The krishna park resort is a well designed and maintained resort. Here we got luxurious rooms, swimming pool, gym, children park and many more which make the stay more fruitful. Resort has its own resturant and food court which provides a good food in good price. I can say it was an excellent.
