El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad y es más conveniente ir a varios lugares de interés. El tamaño de la habitación del hotel está bien, pero la habitación no puede calentar agua, y el desayuno del hotel es bastante rico.

La ubicación es buena, las instalaciones son suficientes, y el personal es muy amigable. Es un poco viejo, el edificio E tiene un viejo piano y máquina de juego, 😂 pero bien mantenido.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our Morocco trip. This Riad has about 8 or so rooms/suites and is located at the northern end of the medina (old city) of Rabat in a quiet, narrow street. It’s tucked away but straightforward to find with Google maps and about a 20 minute walk from the train station. This Riad combines the beauty of a historic building, Moorish in style, with the conveniences of a modern boutique hotel. It’s very stylish and clean. Our room had a fridge, safe, TV with some English channels, a kettle etc. Bed was good, linen, pillows and towels all high quality. WiFi worked very well and the air conditioning was quiet and efficient. It’s quite ‘gadgety’, with electric blinds and buttons for lights and an iPad for something, it took me a day or so to get to grips with it all. The hotel serves a delicious traditional breakfast. There is a rooftop pool with a view across the medina which is lovely, but unheated so a bit nippy for me. There are some sun loungers and a shaded seating area. Some people may consider that this Riad has been over restored and does not offer a ‘real’ Riad experience. But this Riad has several advantages. It is much quieter than the more traditional type (which usually have no sound proofing) , is more accessible because it has a lift and doesn’t have steep narrow stairs or low doorways, and has sliding glass windows which keep biting insects out. The staff here are very kind and helpful and made a real effort to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed our 3 days here, the weather was beautiful and Rabat is a lovely clean green city. The Rabat medina is nice to walk around, much calmer than Marrakesh and comparatively easy to navigate as it’s on more of a grid pattern. The tram is a 10 minute walk away and is handy for getting around town, it’s cheap (about 50p a trip) clean, safe and reliable. Most of the local restaurants do not serve alcohol, however we found a few places that did, we can particularly recommend BazArt. A transfer to the airport cost 250 dhs and takes about 20 minutes. We would stay here again if we returned to Rabat.

From the moment we set foot in this beautiful hotel It was an unforgettable experience . The friendliest and helpful staff imaginable, a fantástic breakfast in sumptious surroundings. Great location literally over the road from the Kasbah at the heart of the Medina. Beach nearby and the tranquility of the Andalucían Gardens a couple of minutes away. After travelling around the beautiful country of Morocco this was the best hotel we stayed in the best city. If you want a mixture of what Morocco has to offer come to Rabat /Sale . From the bustle of both Medinas to the peaceful escape of the Botanical Gardens its all there. I enjoyed my stay at the Oudais so much i went back for another stay during my time down the coast. So sad to leave but i know i will go back to stay in a hotel that is 5 star in all but name. A huge Shukran to all the staff.

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido memorable, desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos el personal del hotel hizo todo lo posible porque estuviéramos a gusto. Te cuidan, se acuerdan de lo que te gusta en el desayuno y en el servicio de habitaciones. El hotel es una maravilla, la piscina, los restaurantes, todo en general. Las habitaciones cómodas y espaciosas, todo decorado con mucho gusto. Los amenities muy buenos. Todo de mucha calidad. Servicio personalizado, el personal inmejorable, en especial el director. Ubicación excelente, vistas preciosas a la Medina, se puede ir andando sin problema. Hotel sostenible y amigo de los animales, tienen una perrita que se llama Tiffany que le encanta a los niños.

Para llegar al nivel de estrellas que le han otorgado aún les queda mucho por hacer en materia de servicios y profesionalidad. Las habitaciones amplias, bien diseñadas y confortables. Las instalaciones en general están al nivel de Hilton PERO el personal, profesionalidad y formación están muy lejos de lo que corresponde a un Hilton a pesar de estar en Marruecos; esa apatía, lentitud, desidia y desinterés en ayudarte en tus peticiones sean de un café o un té o simplemente un vaso de agua deben cambiarla inmediatamente. El hotel de 10 pero el personal no pasa de un 2, es decir, SUSPENSOS lamentablemente; así que ya saben, instruyan, formen y enseñen mejor a su personal. Y si además de todo lo anterior le añades la lentitud de los check-in/out junto con los errores que cometen, No volveré nunca más !!!
