Valoraciones de Hotel Sogo Edsa Cubao

Despite of being one of the oldest still, this branch is one of the cleanest branches in the Metro. The service is still warm and courteous with respect to the privacy of the guests. Food tastes good and the price is reasonable. I wish the Chopsuey would be less oily. Bed is comfortable and the bathroom is functional and clean only the problem is, the noisy air-conditioning unit that needs replacement. Over all great experience and I will surely book here again if we have an event in Cubao next month.

This hotel is great.. employees are very nice , helpful, accomodating..friendly.complete aminities.

Check in process was fast. Free parking. Good location. Elevator is a bit hassle because only 1 was working at the time

Clean as usual. Cons though is AC is old and weak. The hot shower is not really hot. The water is still cold, and it's so weird that the lights in the bathroom seem to be motion sensored? Either that or my room is *******. The location is poor. I don't know, but there seems to be a lot of women around sogo's vicinity to sell you know what.

first time trying this branch of sogo from Edsa Cubao and definitely did not disappoint us! me and my boyfriend already tried the Malate and Quirino branch and it has always been a good experience with them. • fast accommodation of the front desk, mabilis nila naayos agad yung room namin even if ang daming tao nung araw na yon. (we booked via online) • we also love the room na napunta samin, we were assigned sa 6th floor, because 1) very fast wifi like you can download a bunch of movies and it will not even lag im telling you lmao; 2) may netflix premium account (?) sa tv namin HAHA we were able to watch 3 movies and; 3) hot shower !! other rooms kasi from our past experiences with other branch walang hot water haha • malinis ang room & cr, wala namang odor or something smell ng cockroaches/smokes/fishy, just enough for a clean smell overall, we love this branch of sogo! we'll definitely try it again soon.

The rooms assigned to me on the 6th floor has strong cigarette odor. The shower has cold and hot function but the hot water doesn't work. The clubhouse and calamares that I ordered was 7/10. The rest is okay!

The water heater is not working, the room is not properly clean i saw many hair underneath of the pillows and pillows are too hard cannot sleep well, the Aircon are too noisy.. totally not good place to stay..

Clean and good

Our stay was very disappointing. The room had no Wi-Fi or cellphone signal, and there were cockroaches. We informed the staff and asked them to resolve the issue or change our room, and they promised to do so, but nothing happened until we checked out. In addition, housekeeping started cleaning the room next to ours around midnight (12–1 AM) and made a lot of noise, disturbing our rest. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience — definitely not recommended.

Aircon is hot.. phone not working.. they dont properly update system and keep calling for check out eh we are staying for 3 days and 2 nights.. and the worst is they will call around 1am and when u get upset they will say wrong room.. but it happen 3 times.. they messed up with sleep..

The room has no window. I insisted that what I booked stated it has a window. The staff explained that all rooms had no windows. The room is clean but it reeks with cigarette smell. This is not good for families because the cable TVs here have an adult content.
