My son and I loved this "Alexa" features of this hotel. Will keep coming back here as it has a great location, adjacent to SM North EDSA, and near my doctors clinic. value for money.

It has a very good location if you're looking for a hotel near SM North and Trinoma. The room is okay and clean. The location was very convenient as it was also near the supermarket.

Location is very very near to SM mall. Service is pretty good as well. Only one complain is there is a pretty bad sewage smell in to room, coming from the toilet.

I've been to different types of hotels as a solo or business traveler for a short day period since then however EUROTEL is the only one hotel who provides and shows an excellent service. I enjoy staying here and booked for 7 days straight unlike other hotels have to hop in to a different hotel and multiple times 🤣😅

The hotel offers outstanding value for money and is in a great location, but my stay was negatively impacted by a few serious issues. A strong foul odor coming from the toilet sink filled the entire room, making it difficult to relax. Additionally, when I called the front desk after realizing I had left my headphones in the room, the receptionist showed no urgency or initiative—she simply told me no one had checked the room yet and that I should call back later, which was frustrating and unhelpful. Despite the great price and convenient location, the poor room condition and lackluster customer service were disappointing.

Comfort and Convenience in the Heart of Quezon City I recently stayed at Eurotel North EDSA, and it was a delightful experience overall. The hotel's strategic location, just a stone's throw away from major malls and transportation hubs, made it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure activities. The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with essential amenities. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day. While the design leans towards simplicity, the ambiance is warm and inviting. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to any requests. I particularly appreciated their professionalism and welcoming attitude, which made my stay even more pleasant.

The location of the hotel was convenient as it was near restaurants, street foods, and cafes. However, the biggest downside of my stay was upon arrival, as I was looking for a charger port, I saw a “USED” condom on the corner of the bed and also cockroaches roamed around. It was full on disgusting, I would hope that on my future endeavors(most likely none), that they would atleast clean the room properly.

It's a place just to sleep. Everything is broken. Won't let you check in early. Then, when you arrive at 2 pm at their checkin time, they don't have a room ready for you.

As a frequent business traveler, I've made Eurotel North EDSA my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Quezon City. Its prime location right across SM North EDSA makes it incredibly convenient—perfect for grabbing a quick meal, doing some shopping, or meeting clients in the area. What stands out the most is the exceptional service from the front desk. The staff are consistently polite and accommodating, often remembering my room preferences and doing their best to assign me a nice room or fulfill specific requests. I’ve even been lucky enough to get an early check-in on several occasions, which is a huge plus when coming from a red-eye flight or back-to-back meetings. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant and hassle-free. While the hotel is fairly basic in terms of amenities, the value for money, location, and reliable service make it an ideal choice for short business trips.
