Buena atención, solo en recepción, pero las habitaciones están dejadas del aseo, piso sucio y no hay precaución con pelos y demás cosas que dejan los otros pasajeros

Very good location, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby the hotel; a 7-11 just next to the hotel entrance! Clean and spotless room, good mattress, air con and tv well functioning, spacious bathroom The staff was very helpful and always available 24/7 Good value for the money, will definitely go back when in Manila!

Hotel is clean and perfect location but amenities is very basic. But definitely we will book again soon.

My fourth time in the Hop Inn Morota. Always get the street view as it adds light to the room and more interesting. This occasion we were placed in an inside room which we found dark and depressing but fortunately the hair dryer did not work so we requested another room which fortunately they had with a street view. All was good thereon and we enjoyed our stay. Having 7/11 right outside the Hotel and a Tricycle about 70 meters away to get to Kamuling MRT within minutes is a great asset to living here. Will of course book again.

The bathroom was spotless, equipped with all the basics, and the hot water supply was reliable. Though the hotel doesn’t provide a restaurant, it’s surrounded by numerous eateries offering a variety of cuisines within walking distance, so dining was never an issue. The lobby had a minimalist yet welcoming design, and the 24/7 front desk staff were always available to assist with any queries or requests, showing a genuine willingness to help. For those traveling by car, the on-site parking was a convenient bonus. The hotel also has strong Wi-Fi, which made staying connected easy throughout my visit. Security is another aspect worth mentioning; the building felt safe, with keycard access required to enter both the elevator and rooms. Overall, the Hop Inn Timog is an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers who don’t want to compromise on cleanliness, comfort, or location. While it doesn’t offer luxury amenities, it delivers exactly what it promises: a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quezon City and will undoubtedly return on my next trip to the area.

Personally, it is one of the best cost-performance value hotels I have ever stayed. Clean and spacious room, passionate staff and great service. Must stay when I travel to Philippines again next time!

TV channel options not friendly user not sure if SmartTV cant access to netflix. Simple room minimalist design but need extra payment for early check-in.

Hop Inn is very recommendable, especially if you want to do bar hopping or just even want to explore the different restaurants in the city. Also rate is very reasonable.

Staff are very friendly. I commend housekeeping dept for being diligent!.

The hotel is clean and still new, just fine and the basics are there. It's budget friendly so don't expect too much. Cignal TV channels, Fast internet and hot shower, liquid soap are there. no bottled water but there is water dispenser at the corridor per floor. no dental kit and slippers provided. there's 7 11 below near the hotel so you can just buy there. Overall, great experience.

The room is very clean. The atmosphere in the hallway is nice. Water supply is superb. But the room I got lacks in amenities like complimentary coffee and tea. Has no slipper and fridge. No kettle to boil water. No dental toiletries. But it has safety deposit box, has towel,hair dryer and bed and comforter is soft and the room is generally compared to other hotel, I have been to.

No toiletries just liquid soap and tissue. Could bave been better if there are slippers and soap and so. I appreciate the fact that they’ve granted our request for room transfer.

Happy with the services. The guard and Reception are welcoming! Free parking when available. Really good and pleasant stay at this hotel.
